Interview proportion of institutions in Hainan Province in 2023
1. Determination of interview candidates. According to the candidates' written test scores and recruitment quota, the interview candidates are determined from high to low in proportion among the candidates who have achieved written test scores.
The ratio of the recruitment quota to the candidates participating in the interview is calculated as follows: if the recruitment quota is less than 9 (including 9), the ratio is 1: 3. If there is a tie in the end, they will enter the interview together. If the proportion is not up to the specified proportion, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the number of people who actually achieve the written test scores.
The recruitment of doctors in primary health institutions adopts the way of examination, that is, interview and defense, and interviews are conducted according to the ratio of the number of positions to the number of people who meet the registration conditions after initial registration, reaching 1:2.
2. interview method. Other institutions and health systems adopt structured interviews, and township primary and secondary school teachers take lectures to reply. The interview score is 60 points, and candidates who do not reach 60 points will not be hired.
