6. Good health, age 18 years old and above (born before August 24, 2004, inclusive), 35 years old and below (born after August 24, 1986, inclusive);
7. Meet other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
In any of the following circumstances, it is not qualified to handle the transfer registration:
1. Suspected of violating discipline and law is being examined by relevant departments and organs, and no conclusion has been reached;
2. Being disciplined and organized during the affected period;
3. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes;
4. Persons who have been expelled from the Party membership in China;
5. Staff of public institutions during the probation period, staff of public institutions who have not completed the minimum service period, and other employees who have not applied for the exam without the consent of the current employer and its competent department;
6. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
(5) Cancellation clause
Candidates are not allowed to apply, which constitutes a recruitment position in avoidance relationship. Avoidance relationship includes Article 6 of the Regulations on Avoidance of Personnel Management in Public Institutions. "Staff members of institutions with the following kinship shall not hold management positions with direct superior and subordinate leadership in the same institution, or hold organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, auditing and financial work in institutions led by one party, or hold organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, auditing and financial work in institutions directly subordinate to the same leadership by both parties. Article 41 of the Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Staff in Institutions in Hebei Province states that "applicants who are related by husband and wife, lineal consanguinity, collateral consanguinity within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the employing unit are not allowed to apply for the unit where the secretary, personnel, finance and discipline inspection are responsible, and the superiors and subordinates who have direct leadership relations with the post".
Third, the selection process and time schedule
This public transfer is carried out in accordance with the steps of issuing transfer announcement, registration and qualification examination, transfer evaluation, physical examination, and publicity of personnel to be transferred.

(2) Organization registration
On-site registration (August 29th-August 3rd1)
Registration time: August 29th to August 30th, 2022 3 1 (8: 30am-12: 00pm, 2: 30pm-5: 30pm). Registration will not be accepted after the deadline.
Registration place: conference room on the fourth floor of Guantao County People's Social Security Bureau.
Materials to be provided for registration:
(1) Original and photocopy of ID card.
(2) Original and photocopy of academic degree certificate.
(3) The electronic registration and filing form of the diploma of the Ministry of Education (must be within the validity period).
(4) Carry the Qualification Examination Form for Staff of Institutions in Guantao County (see Annex 1), and sign it according to the fingerprint after confirmation. (Note: the unit and the competent department must agree to apply for the exam and affix the official seal of the unit).
(5) 3 recent 2-inch photos with a blue background and no hat.
(6) Carry the paper certificate of negative nucleic acid within 48 hours, measure the body temperature (below 37.2℃) on the spot, and check the green card of Hebei health code and travel card on the spot.

(3) Qualification examination
Qualification examination of on-site registration materials, mainly to examine whether the applicants meet the registration conditions, whether the submitted documents are true, and whether they meet the selection requirements. Those who pass the qualification examination will enter the evaluation.
Selection and evaluation
Participants in the assessment will take their ID cards to the conference room on the fourth floor of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to receive the admission ticket.
(5) Organization evaluation.

The evaluation and scoring method adopts gymnastics scoring method, that is, one score and the lowest score are removed respectively, and the average value of other scores is taken as the evaluation result. (8) Publicity
The list of persons to be transferred shall be publicized on Guantao County People's Government website and Impression Guantao WeChat official account for 7 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, it will be hired without objection.
(9) Employment
If the problem reflected in the publicity is serious and there is evidence, if it does not meet the employment conditions, the employment qualification will be cancelled; If there are serious problems that are difficult to verify, suspend employment, and decide whether to hire after verification and conclusion; There is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, or there are problems that will not affect the employment after verification. The employment opinions put forward by the county investment service center shall be reviewed by the People's Social Security Bureau and reported to the county government for approval, and then the transfer procedures shall be handled.
Fourth, the epidemic prevention and control requirements
According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, candidates should consciously obey the epidemic prevention work arrangement of the recruiting unit and cooperate with the health and epidemic prevention work. Always wear a mask when entering the venue, and carry a paper-based nucleic acid test report within 48 hours stamped with the official seal of the testing hospital, a personal health information book and a valid second-generation resident ID card. Candidates without documents are not allowed to enter the venue. Please arrange the travel time reasonably according to your actual situation and make relevant preparations to prevent the inspection from being delayed due to the epidemic situation.
