The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, introduce the object and scope

Three. Time, place and requirements

The recruitment of talents in short supply will be held in Zhaotong Development and Reform Commission on March 24, 20 14. Fourth, employment evaluation.

(1) Organize an interview. The interview work is led by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau, and the Municipal Development and Reform Commission organizes expert judges to be responsible. Candidates will randomly draw lots at the scene to determine the interview order. After the interview, the interview expert judges will score the candidates respectively. After removing a point and a lowest point, the average score of the remaining expert judges is calculated as the interview score of the candidate, and the interview score is kept at two decimal places. After the interview results are verified and signed by the discipline inspection and supervision personnel, the interview expert judges will announce the interview results to the candidates on the spot. If the final result is similar, you must try again. Select the winner from the interviewers as the candidate to be hired.

(2) Publicizing the candidates to be employed. After the interview, according to the interview results of candidates, the candidates to be hired are determined from high to low, and the list of candidates to be hired is reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for review, and the names, gender, date of birth, graduation school, major studied, interview results, recruitment unit and position of candidates to be hired are publicized on Zhaotong Human Resources and Social Security Network and other websites for seven days.

(3) Organizing physical examination. After the candidates to be hired have no opinions, Zhaotong Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security will arrange and organize physical examination in Zhaotong city-level and above hospitals. The medical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the Civil Servant Medical Examination Standard (Trial), and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the individual.

(4) Go through the employment procedures. Those who pass the medical examination shall be signed by the competent department as the intended candidates. The personnel to be hired shall go through the registration (employment) formalities by the Human Resources Department, and the employment formalities shall be completed before July 3, 2065438. When handling the employment procedures, the original diplomas and degree certificates shall be provided for review, and those that cannot be provided shall not be employed. At the same time, the recruiting unit will sign an employment contract with the student (a trial period of one year). After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination or above will go through the formalities of becoming a full member; Those who fail the examination shall be dismissed according to the prescribed corresponding procedures. After signing the employment contract, the registered personnel must have worked in the employment position for more than 5 years before they can participate in any other form of open recruitment and job transfer examination (those who have worked for more than 3 years can participate in the recruitment of civil servants within Zhaotong City), otherwise the human and social departments will not handle the relevant procedures.
