How to learn to swim at the age of 3-6?

With zero foundation, you can learn to dive in about 5 times, and some babies can learn to dive once if they have a good sense of water.

If you have not been exposed to parent-child swimming before the age of three, you can learn to swim after the age of three. The first step is to learn to breathe. This is the most critical. After children learn to breathe, they can learn backstroke or dolphin swimming (freestyle kicking, breaststroke rowing breathing). When they are proficient, they can start learning freestyle and standard breaststroke at the age of five.

When teaching children under 6 years old to swim, we can't completely follow the teaching methods of adults. Be sure to find a child suitable for this age group, especially one who has been exposed to water since he was three years old. If you insist on parent-child swimming before the age of three, learning will be relatively simple.

Such examples have also been encountered in teaching.

Looking back on my study of swimming, I found that it is completely in line with parent-child swimming and my current teaching philosophy. It was not until I was a graduate student that I began to learn standard breaststroke and freestyle. I learned backstroke and butterfly myself by watching videos.

I swam in the river when I was a child, and I especially liked water. I just don't want to get into the water. Although there are no toys, it is understandable that a child can play in the swimming pool with a floating board all afternoon (our swimming pool is unlimited).

You can have fun in the water park in the summer, and you don't need to swim in the standard stroke.
