2. The cost of nucleic acid sampling and testing at the sampling points that can produce English reports shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of our city. The translation and mailing of the report may incur additional costs. Please inquire about the sampling point in detail.
3. The unit that issued the COVID-19 nucleic acid test report in English cannot guarantee the external application scope of the report, so citizens are requested to make choices as required according to the regulations of the destination countries and regions or other relevant requirements.
4. The use scenario of COVID-19 nucleic acid test report is not bound by the reporting institution and this platform, and the corresponding legal responsibilities are borne by the report users themselves.
