Article 1 These Provisions are formulated to properly solve the problem of visiting relatives of employees and their relatives who have lived in two places for a long time.

Article 2 All permanent employees who have worked in state organs, people's organizations, enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people for one year, who do not live with their spouses and cannot be reunited on public holidays, can enjoy the treatment of visiting their spouses in these Provisions; If you don't live with your father and mother and can't get together on public holidays, you can enjoy the treatment of visiting your parents in this regulation. However, employees who can reunite with their parents on public holidays cannot enjoy the treatment of visiting their parents in this regulation.

Article 3 Employees' holiday of visiting relatives:

(a) Employees who visit their spouses should have a family visit leave once a year, with a leave of 30 days.

(two) unmarried workers to visit their parents, in principle, once a year, the holiday is twenty days. If due to work needs, the unit can't give holidays in the current year, or employees voluntarily visit relatives once every two years, they can give holidays once every two years, and the holidays are 45 days.

Article 4 All employees who implement the vacation system (such as school staff) should visit relatives during the vacation; If the vacation time is short, the unit can appropriately arrange the number of days to take home leave.

Article 5 During the period of visiting relatives and traveling, employees shall be paid according to their own standard wages.

Sixth workers to visit their spouses and unmarried workers to visit their parents round-trip travel expenses, borne by the unit. Married employees who visit their parents' round-trip travel expenses are less than 30% of their monthly standard salary, take care of themselves, and the excess shall be borne by their units.

Article 7 The people's governments of provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government may formulate detailed rules for implementation according to these Provisions, and send a copy to the State Administration of Labor for the record.

The autonomous region may formulate regulations on visiting relatives according to the spirit of these regulations; Report to the State Council for approval and implementation.

Article 8 The treatment of visiting relatives for employees of collective enterprises and institutions shall be formulated by the people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government on their own according to the actual conditions in their respective regions.
