How to debug 1.6T turbocharger?
In order to adapt the supercharged gasoline engine to work in a wide speed range and avoid knocking, it is generally necessary to control the supercharged pressure. Common control methods are as follows.
1. By-pass bleeder valve is adopted.
The exhaust valve includes an intake exhaust valve and an exhaust exhaust exhaust valve. Generally speaking, air intake and exhaust are for pre-pressurization scheme. If the post-turbocharging arrangement scheme is adopted, the air-oil mixture will be discharged. At this time, the oil-gas mixture should be led back to the compressor to form circulating exhaust. According to the engine working conditions, the electronic control unit determines the boost pressure from the pre-stored boost pressure map, and controls the exhaust bypass flow by controlling the opening time of the bypass valve after illness, thus adjusting the boost pressure.
2. Compressor inlet throttle device
That is, a throttle valve is installed at the inlet of the compressor to appropriately reduce the inlet pressure of the compressor, so that the pressure at the outlet of the compressor will be reduced accordingly.
3. The turbocharger with variable geometry, namely variable cross-section turbine and variable cross-section compressor, is adopted.
Changing the installation angle of turbine nozzle can not only change the effective section of turbine, but also change the efficiency curve. Open the nozzle at full speed and turn it down at low speed to adjust the exhaust energy to meet the needs of different speeds.
