2. Introduction to the kindergarten
Shinan District Lianqun Kindergarten was founded in 1952 and is affiliated to the Shinan District Education and Sports Bureau. It is a well-equipped and high-quality kindergarten. 3. Enrollment Targets
In 2017, our kindergarten enrolled 60 children in small classes. The enrollment targets are children born between September 1, 2013 and August 31, 2014, who have the ability to receive general education. Children whose parents have a low-level guarantee and have permanent residence within the Jiangsu Road Sub-district Office and Zhongshan Road Sub-district Office areas will be given priority for admission to our kindergarten.
(1) First-time enrollment
In 2017, our school will give priority to enrolling students with permanent residence in the Jiangsu Road Subdistrict Office and Zhongshan Road Subdistrict Office areas (the household registration must be the same as that of their parents or grandparents) Children of school age who are together with their grandparents and whose parents or grandparents are the head of the household) and the corresponding house property rights certificate (real estate certificate or house purchase tax payment certificate, house rental registration certificate filed by the Qingdao Municipal Land Resources and Housing Administration Bureau).

Our kindergarten will enroll children with Shinan District household registration and children of migrant workers who were not admitted in the first enrollment.

1. Fill in the form online
From June 19th to June 23rd, parents will log in to the Shinan District Education and Sports Government Affairs Network (), or directly log in to the "Shinan District Kindergarten Online Registration System" "(http://www.wybm.org/SN201703S), truthfully and completely fill out the "2017 Shinan District Kindergarten Registration Application Form" as required and download and print it. When registering at the kindergarten, parents need to submit the paper "2017 Shinan District Kindergarten Registration Application Form" to the kindergarten.
Each child can only choose to enroll in one kindergarten. If you repeatedly enter the ID card number of the same child, you will not be able to choose another kindergarten to register. After filling in the "2017 Shinan District Kindergarten Registration Application Form", parents can continue to log in to the online registration system to view the filled-in content. If the filled-in information is incorrect, you can modify it once.
Parents of young children who do not have Internet access can go to the kindergarten on the day of registration and ask staff to help fill out the application form.
2. On-site registration
Starting at 8:30 a.m. on June 24 (Saturday), parents of young children (limited to 1 parent, no need to lead the child) should bring the originals of the following materials and Make a copy and register on site at the kindergarten.
Materials required for registration of children with permanent residence within the Jiangsu Road Subdistrict Office and Zhongshan Road Subdistrict Office areas:
(1) Parent’s ID card;
(2) "2017 Shinan District Kindergarten Registration Application Form";
(3) Full page of children's household registration book;
(4) Real estate certificate or house purchase tax payment certificate, Qingdao City Proof of housing rental registration filed by the Land, Resources and Housing Administration;
(5) When registering a child with a Shinan household registration whose parent holds a minimum guarantee, the parents must provide a valid minimum guarantee.
The order of registration is not used as a basis for admission, and parents do not need to line up prematurely.
3. Confirm the admission of children
After reviewing the registration materials, our kindergarten will determine the list of valid registered children and the list of children with priority enrollment. When the number of applicants is lower than or equal to the enrollment plan, the admission list will be determined directly. When the number of applicants exceeds the enrollment plan, our kindergarten will use random allocation on-site at 4:30 pm on June 24 to determine the list of admitted children. The list of admitted children will be posted at the kindergarten gate or on the bulletin board from 5:00 to 5:30 pm on June 24.
Children whose parents have a low guarantee and have permanent residence within the Jiangsu Road Subdistrict Office and Zhongshan Road Subdistrict Office areas will be given priority in our kindergarten and will not participate in on-site random allocation.
When the list of admitted children is determined by random allocation, our kindergarten will invite a supervision team composed of district people’s congress representatives, CPPCC members, Shinan District Education and Sports Bureau staff, community neighborhood committee staff, parent representatives, and police station police ***Coordinate supervision to ensure fairness and justice.
4. Organize the second enrollment
If the first enrollment does not complete the enrollment plan, our park will release the second enrollment information on June 26, and The second enrollment will be held at 8:30 am on March 27th.
At that time, the materials brought by children with Shinan household registration will be consistent with the first enrollment requirements.
Materials required for children of migrant workers to register:
1. Parents’ ID cards;
2. "2017 Shinan District Kindergarten Registration Application Form" ;
3. The full page of the child’s and his parents’ original household registration booklet;
4. The child’s birth medical certificate;
5. At least one of the parents holds a Qingdao City Residence permit for Shinan District, Qingdao City issued by the Shinan Branch of the Public Security Bureau (the other party is not registered in the three districts of the city);
6. If you own a residence in Shinan District, provide a real estate certificate or a tax payment certificate for house purchase, To rent a house in Shinan District, a house rental registration certificate filed by the Qingdao Municipal Land Resources and Housing Administration Bureau (it has been more than one year since formal renting procedures were completed in Shinan District);
7. At least one parent lives in Industrial and commercial business license issued by Shinan District, or the formal text of the labor contract provided by the Qingdao Labor and Social Security Bureau signed with the Shinan District employer, Qingdao employment registration form and social security card, and social security payment details (paid by the Shinan unit) .
5. Go through the admission procedures
Parents are asked to bring their "Children's Health Handbook" and take their children to the Shinan District Maternity and Child Care Center during the working days from July 3 to July 7, 2017. The health center (2nd floor, Minsheng Building, No. 105, Yan'an 3rd Road) conducts physical examinations according to prescribed items.
Parents are requested to bring their children with them to the kindergarten on July 10, 2017, and bring the "Children's Health Handbook", "Children's Health Records" and "Children's Vaccination Certificate" to go through the admission procedures.
Failure to complete the admission procedures after the deadline will be deemed to have automatically given up the admission qualification.
6. Organize the admission of children to the kindergarten
Parents are requested to attend the parent-teacher meeting in the kindergarten at 10 a.m. on July 11, 2017, to learn about class formation information and matters related to the admission of children to the kindergarten.
