The final exam is an important exam for students, and the invigilator is the guardian of exam fairness. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the exam, the following are the instructions for invigilators, please read them carefully.

Check the invigilation schedule

Please carefully check the schedule of the invigilator to ensure that you know the times, time and place of invigilation like the back of your hand and attend invigilation on time.

Preach the discipline of examination room

Before the exam begins, please preach the discipline of the examination room and ask the students to empty their desks and keep only the stationery necessary for the exam. Communication tools such as mobile phones are forbidden to be brought into the examination room, and other items such as schoolbags, teaching materials and reference materials should also be placed in a unified way. The examination draft paper shall be uniformly distributed by the invigilator.

Stay alert

During invigilation, please be vigilant, don't leave your post without authorization, and avoid doing things unrelated to invigilation.

Stop cheating

If students are found cheating, the invigilator should immediately stop it, confiscate the test paper, record the cheating situation and ask the students to sign for confirmation. Fairness and justice are our common responsibilities!

Don't leave the examination room

Students are not allowed to leave the examination room within 40 minutes after the exam begins. The invigilator should not urge students to hand in their papers in advance, so that they have enough time to finish the exam.

Sorting out test papers

At the end of the exam, please ask the invigilator to arrange the test papers in the order of students' student numbers and ensure that the numbers are correct before leaving the examination room.
