Can you catch grouper in March?

Tuanyu is a turtle. They just finished hibernation in March, and they need to eat, so they can catch tuanyu in March.

Tuanyu likes quietness and fear of earthquakes, sunshine and cold, and likes to live in the bottom of sandy silt, where rivers, streams and reservoirs have low slopes facing the sun. The hibernation period is from June 1 1 day to March of the following year, and it lives in the mud bottom.
