Details of the Spring Festival Fireworks Gala: On New Year's Eve and the Lantern Festival on the fifteenth day of the first month, many places in Xi 'an will hold centralized fireworks display activities.

Watching time: 2023 New Year's Eve (65438+1October 2 1) and February 5 (the fifteenth day of the first month) from 20: 00 to 20: 30.

Viewing area: Centralized fireworks display will be held in relevant areas of Chang 'an District, Gaoling District, Xixian New Area, High-tech Zone, Qujiang New District and International Port Area.

Fireworks can be set off in the following areas, but there is a time limit, as follows:

Restricted discharge area:

Yanliang district, Lintong District, Chang 'an District, Gaoling District, _ Yi District, Lantian County and zhouzhi county Administrative Region are restricted discharge areas.

Limit discharge time:

It can be released from 7: 00 to 22: 00 every day: 65438+1October 14 (the 23rd day of the twelfth lunar month), 65438+1October 22nd (the first day of the first month) to 65438+1October in 2023. It can be set off all day: 65438+1October 2 1 (New Year's Eve) and February 5 (the fifteenth day of the first month). Precautions:

1. In the restricted discharge area, fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following places:

State organs;

The scope of protection of cultural relics protection units, historical and cultural blocks and excellent modern buildings;

Units that produce and store inflammable and explosive articles;

Key fire prevention areas such as parks and forests;

Medical institutions, schools, kindergartens, sanatoriums and institutions for the aged;

Transportation hubs such as stations and airports, urban rail transit and railway line safety protection zones, and motor vehicle parking lots;

Power transmission and transformation facilities safety protection zone;

Theaters, museums, libraries, shopping malls and exhibition halls;

Other key units that are easy to cause fire safety accidents;

Qinling core protected areas and key protected areas.

The specific regional division shall be determined by the people's government of the district or county where it is located and announced to the public.

It is forbidden to sell and set off fireworks and firecrackers at any time within the jurisdiction of the High-tech Zone (except the fireworks party organized by Xi 'an);

The sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited all the year round within the jurisdiction of Xixian New Area;

Qujiang New District is a no-sale-no-release area. It is strictly forbidden for any unit or individual to produce, manage, store, transport and set off fireworks and firecrackers (except the fireworks party organized by Xi 'an).
