It is predicted that Niebert will move to the north-north direction at a speed of about 30 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity, and gradually approach to the east of Taiwan Province Province. It will land in the middle of Taiwan Province Province from the night of the 7th to the early morning of the 8th (52-60m/s, 16- 17, super typhoon level), and its intensity will be obviously weakened after landing in Taiwan Province Province.
