Was it decided by a sacred tree that the feudal dynasty in 296 turned from prosperity to decline?
At the end of the Ming Dynasty, Nuerhachi, the emperor of the Qing Dynasty, gradually unified all ethnic groups of Jurchen, and after strengthening his power, he formed a rival situation with the Ming Dynasty. Facing the powerful threat from the north and the domestic chaos, Emperor Chongzhen of the Ming Dynasty was very afraid. They chose to appoint Qiang Bing, a wise minister, to enrich the country, but pinned the fate of the country on Qin.
Qin, also known as the old National Astronomical Observatory, was mainly responsible for observing astronomical phenomena and promulgating calendars. In ancient times, due to people's limited understanding of various things, meteorological changes often directly corresponded to personnel changes. Therefore, all previous dynasties attached great importance to Qin Tianjian.
During the Wanli period, once Qin suddenly discovered that several strands of purple gas rose in the direction of Liaodong, just like several dragons hovering in the air. Qin's staff naturally dare not neglect, and quickly report to the emperor. Emperor Chongzhen was very flustered and quickly found an experienced Feng Shui master. Feng Shui master calculated that there was a "dragon god" rising in the direction of Liaodong. As the son of heaven, the emperor is the embodiment of the dragon, and he is absolutely not allowed to stay away from his own direction, so he sent a Feng Shui master to bring people to break it.
After the Feng Shui master released several dragon spirits in succession, he found that there was still a dragon spirit hovering in the sky. Feng shui master thought that as long as this spirit didn't fall to the ground, it would be difficult to do anything, so he returned to Beijing to return to his old job. At this time, Nurhachi was defeated in a battle, because he was afraid that the urn and memorial tablet of his ancestors would be damaged, and he hid in the branches of a big tree. After the battle, Nurhachi went back to the tree and tried to take down the urn, but like an evil ghost, he couldn't take it down. In this case, the first reaction of the ancients must be to find someone to calculate divination, and Nurhachi is no exception. After Mr. Feng Shui came, he realized that this tree is the pulse eye of Long Mai, and the urn is just above the pulse eye, which is a symbol of good luck. There is a mountain behind the tree, and there are 12 peaks in the mountain, which just indicates that there will be 12 emperors in his descendants. Coincidentally, the Qing Dynasty also had 12 emperors.
During the Tongzhi period, the tree was about to fall down, and the emperor sent someone to set up several wooden stakes beside it. But with the passage of time, the trees gradually withered, and the fortune of the Qing Dynasty finally came to an end.
During the Qianlong period, he also wrote an article "Shenshu Fu" specially for this tree. Whether it is as magical as Mr. Feng Shui said, at least it did exist.
