It exaggerated the students of our department’s unforgettable attachment to the college, and at the same time expressed their wishes for a bright future for current students.
This party is held at the end of the semester, which is the time to review and concentrate on preparing for the exam. More importantly, the preparation time is short but the party is still lively and impressive, which fully proves the cadres and members of the student union of our department. The ability to balance work and study boosts morale. And my colleagues have matured through the training of this party, and can even take charge of themselves. From the early planning, mid-term rehearsals, to the practice on the day of the party, they are diligent and capable. What’s more worth mentioning is that this event brought closer cooperation between the student union and the youth league committee of our department. Both groups came together to contribute to this party, which became a moment of unity among the core groups of our department. Major transcendence. However, this party exposed the lack of professional understanding of some of our colleagues about the party, which reminded us of the necessity of rehearsal work before the party and summary work after the party.
2. Work gains and losses:
1. The sense of belonging of each department member to the department and the cohesion of the entire department are the prerequisites for the smooth development of work. Although after one academic year, department members are basically familiar with each other, the lack of communication will lead to low work efficiency, seriously affecting the development of department work, and making it even more difficult to achieve the goal of creating a good cultural atmosphere for the department and the college. Therefore, it is very important for the 10th class of freshmen who are about to join our department to enhance the cohesion of our department.
2. Fresh and connotative performances are the key to the success of the party. It is undeniable that the art troupe of our department lacks creativity and breakthroughs in talent show selections one after another. It is becoming increasingly difficult to show the style of our department. The time and innovation required to delve into a new show is no small feat. Therefore, I think that organizing department members to go out and watch parties hosted by other departments can inspire inspiration and add vitality to my department’s party.
3． Maintaining department members' enthusiasm for work and cultivating their sense of responsibility for their work is the focus of successful work completion. After one semester of training, department members' seriousness towards their work and enthusiasm for the department have obviously weakened, which will seriously slow down the progress of the work. Therefore, how to maintain the enthusiasm and vitality of colleagues is also a key task in our department in the future.
3. Work Outlook:
The work of our Culture and Entertainment Department this semester has been recognized by all parties. In the second half of the next year, the initial focus of our department will be on the recruitment activities of the Culture and Entertainment Department and the Art Troupe, so as to add a group of talented and hard-working new blood to the department. In the middle and later stages, we will focus on the training of new students, host and co-organize various competitions and evening parties, and continue to do the work of showcasing the talents of our department, cultivating a cultural atmosphere, and enriching after-school life. I believe that under the guidance of teachers and the leadership of the bureau, our department will cooperate closely with other departments to better serve the students of our department.
