2. Registration qualification
(1) Registration age: 65,438+00 km racing events are limited to those who are over 65,438+08 years old on the day of competition (born before June 20, 2003); Anyone who is healthy can sign up for the 5-kilometer Happy Run./kloc-Minors under 0/4 must have guardians to sign up. /kloc-minors under the age of 0/8 need to sign an entry declaration by their guardians or legal representatives.
(2) Health requirements: Racing is a high-load, high-intensity and long-distance competitive sport, and it is also a high-risk competitive event, which requires high physical conditions for the contestants. Participants should be healthy and have the foundation of long-distance running exercise. Those with the following physical conditions are not allowed to register for the competition:
1. Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
2. Hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;
3. Myocarditis and other heart diseases;
4. Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;
5. Diabetes with high or low blood sugar;
6. Those who catch a cold two weeks before the competition; Upper respiratory tract infection, the body temperature is higher than 37.3℃ or lower than 37.3℃, but the symptoms of the whole body and respiratory tract are obvious, so the competition should be suspended before recovery;
7. People who drank a lot of hard liquor or didn't get enough sleep the night before the game;

Participants are responsible for personal injuries and property losses caused by personal health and other personal reasons during the competition. The Organizing Committee requires that all the contestants participating in the 10 km competition must pass the physical examination (including ECG examination) of regular medical institutions, and conduct self-assessment in combination with the inspection report, and confirm that their physical and mental conditions can adapt to the corresponding events before they can sign up for the competition. After successful registration, if a player needs to change the original entry due to physical condition and other reasons, he can apply to the Organizing Committee before April 20 18:00, and the entry cannot be changed after the deadline. If you are unable to participate in the competition due to your own reasons after successful registration, the registration fee will not be refunded.

5, epidemic prevention requirements
1. This competition is only for players living in Chinese mainland, and foreign players are not allowed to register.
2. Participants must register Hainan health code and ensure that the health code is green during the competition.
3. Participants must ensure that they have no history of living in areas with high epidemic incidence within/0/4 days before the competition; No foreign residence history from April 19 to before the competition.
4. Personnel in areas with high epidemic risk and during centralized medical observation or home medical observation shall not sign up for the competition.

The organizing committee shall set up epidemic prevention measures in relevant areas such as baggage claim before the competition. When entering the above-mentioned areas, the contestants and related personnel should wear masks correctly, take the temperature test, show the green code of healthy travel, and provide the travel track of 14 days.
6. Players who have risen to the middle and high risk area before the start of the competition are prohibited from participating. Players who have successfully registered in this area must withdraw from the competition within the specified time.

Those who meet all the above conditions at the same time can participate in the competition only after being audited by the organizing Committee of the competition. In case of adverse effects caused by concealment or false information, the Organizing Committee has the right to cancel its qualification and investigate relevant legal responsibilities according to law.
8. Players must abide by the adaptive measures and regulations adjusted or supplemented by the Organizing Committee according to the changes and requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and obey the arrangement of cooperating with the Organizing Committee in epidemic prevention and control.
Prepare a pair of shoes suitable for running that you have used for at least three months: Why prepare an old pair of shoes? Because wearing new shoes will blister your feet.
Prepare a pair of slightly thicker cotton socks: running on the road will inevitably bring small sand into the shoes, and slightly thicker cotton socks can prevent the feet from blistering due to sand.
Prepare a pair of thin shorts: don't wear ordinary pants, because non-running exercise can easily scratch our crotch skin.
Prepare disposable raincoats: first, rain protection, second, wind protection, and third, body insulation before departure.
Prepare a small water bottle (finish the race): prepare an energy drink containing salt, sugar (glucose), vitamin (c) and minerals according to your own taste to replenish your energy.
Prepare a small box of ointment (medical vaseline ointment is best): men (people with thick or fat legs) apply it to the armpits and crotch of their legs, and women apply it to the nipples to prevent skin abrasions.

Pre-match preparation

Eat breakfast tea 1-2 hours in advance on the day of the competition, and avoid eating gas-producing foods such as beans for breakfast. Bread, rice porridge, honey water and sugar are the main ingredients, supplemented by high-energy food.
Warm up 30 minutes before the game, especially when it is wet and cold in rainy days. You can jog for 10 minutes, and then stretch, so that all joints can be fully lubricated and muscles can be activated to prevent injuries during the competition.
It is suggested that people who take more than half a course for the first time do some experiences, including heart, blood pressure and blood biochemistry (if they have congenital heart disease and history of heart disease, abnormal blood lipid, blood sugar and liver and kidney indexes, don't take part in the competition);
Running a marathon is a psychological and physical challenge for a person. We should take safety as the first goal and learn to "give up". Give up the game immediately and ask others for help if you feel unwell;
Matters needing attention in the game
It is the common responsibility of all contestants to abide by the rules of the game and maintain a good spirit of the game. Participants arrive at the starting point on time and sign in on time. Not crowded, not in a hurry. Run according to the prescribed route during the competition, and don't push or push or collide with each other on the way. Be safe. Drink water, don't grab or squeeze water;
When we run 10-20 minutes or so, we will encounter the first "uncomfortable" stage, which is called "the first limit state", which is a normal phenomenon in the human body. The disposal method is simple. Slow down your running and adjust your breathing. Just walk for 2-3 minutes. When you feel uncomfortable, run again and you will feel comfortable.
People who usually don't have marathon training will encounter the state of "exercise physiological limit" after running for about 30-35 kilometers, including muscle pain, joint pain and intense fatigue, including giving up. If this happens, it's best to give up the game, and "biting your teeth" may lead to life-threatening;
Everyone who runs a marathon, it's best to run well, and don't compete with others. Otherwise, it will destroy your original running and breathing rhythm.
Usually, people who run half marathons had better not drink sugary drinks, and people who run full marathons should supplement sugary drinks and energy drinks after 20 kilometers. You can bring a few dried salted plums in advance and add salt while eating on the way;
