There are two kinds of interviews for civil servants in Yunnan Province: leaderless interviews and structured interviews.
First, the general process of discussion without leading group:

(7) scoring. Examiners score according to the candidates' performance, and the examiners sign the report card.
Second, the process of structured interview:
(1) sign in. Candidates are requested to bring their ID cards and written test admission tickets according to the requirements of the interview announcement, and wait for the exam at the interview test center at the specified time.
Room registration, closed management after registration, candidates are not allowed to leave the waiting room without authorization.
(2) verify identity. The examiner will verify the valid identities of the interviewers one by one, and at the same time keep the communication tools carried by the candidates in a centralized way.
(3) draw lots. Under normal circumstances, candidates should first extract the interview sequence number as required, and if there are a large number of people, they should be grouped.
(4) interview. According to the lottery order, the guide guides the candidates to the selected interview room to participate in the interview.
(5) scoring. Examiners independently grade candidates' answers according to the requirements of the interview book.
