20 18 what is the interview form and process of the national civil service examination?

Interview process:

(1) Interview registration lottery

Candidates generally need to report to the designated place 10-30 minutes in advance, and the examination staff will check the candidate's ID card and interview notice and other relevant documents. After that, the candidates draw lots to determine the grouping and entry order. In some areas, group symbols are drawn first, and then sequence symbols are drawn. In other regions, the order of grouping and items is determined at one time, such as: three (1), which means 1 item of the third group. In some areas, such as the civil service examination for central state organs, some ministries and commissions will arrange the examination room number and admission order of candidates in advance.

(2) Pending trial

Candidates enter the waiting area to wait for the exam after drawing lots. They are not allowed to leave casually until the exam is over. They are supervised by the examination room staff and need to be accompanied by staff when going to the toilet. If the exam is arranged in the afternoon, lunch will also be sent to the waiting room by the staff to prevent leakage.

(3) Entering the examination room

According to the sequence, when it is the candidate's turn to enter the venue, the guide will go to the waiting room and announce "Please enter the venue for candidate xxx". Candidates arrive at the entrance of the examination room accompanied by the guide and enter the examination room by themselves. Guides are not allowed to call candidates by their names directly, otherwise it will be considered a serious violation of examination discipline. The general guide only knows the serial number of the candidate.

(4) Answer questions

After the examinee enters the examination room, he goes directly to the examinee's seat, says hello to the examiner after standing, and after receiving the instruction of "please sit down", the examinee can sit down. After taking a seat, candidates generally need to report their own test serial number. After the examiner announces the introduction, the test begins. It is important to note that candidates cannot give their names. If the name is reported in the examination room, the candidate will be disqualified from the interview on the spot.

There are generally two forms of interview: the question book and the examiner's reading. The national civil service examination time is generally about 20-30 minutes, and the topic is generally 4-5.

(5) Exit

After the candidates have answered all the questions, the examiner will generally ask the candidates if there are any other supplements. At this time, the candidates generally answer that there is no supplement. The examiner announced the withdrawal of the candidates, and the candidates went to the waiting room to wait for the scores.

(6) announce the results

The scorekeeper collects the examiner's scores for the candidates and calculates the scores. After the accounting is completed, submit it to the supervisor for review. After being signed by the invigilator and examiner, it will be handed over to the staff to announce the candidates on the spot in the waiting room, and some will be posted in the waiting room. In some areas, candidates wait for the scores to be announced on the spot before leaving the examination room. This situation applies to the situation that the number of candidates is relatively small, and the waiting room system is implemented in most areas. In addition, the interview results of some units of the central state organs are generally not announced on the spot.

The interview is over.

Candidates are generally required to leave the waiting room as soon as possible after getting the scores, and are not allowed to stay or walk around at will. Candidates go home and wait, and the website will publish the shortlist and medical examination list.

Second, the basic process of non-leading group discussion in the interview process of national civil servants

(1) Candidate Admission

Candidates need to be confirmed by the staff before admission. After confirmation, candidates will enter the venue under the guidance of the staff. Note: the staff should not give specific instructions on which position candidates should sit after entering school, but should decide for themselves. It may also be that the staff members determine the order of candidates by drawing lots, queue up to enter the examination room and sit down in turn. After the candidates sit down, the examiner briefly introduces what the candidates have to do in this interview, and then announces the discipline to the candidates, mainly asking the candidates not to discuss and whisper to each other. Distribute materials to the candidates, including topics for discussion, draft paper, pens, etc. The explanation was read by the examiner. For candidates who participate in any group of leaderless group discussions, the instructions are the same and clear, so as to maintain consistency and comparability among different groups of candidates. Each candidate can have about 5 minutes of independent thinking time after getting the topic discussed.

(2) Personal statement

This session usually takes about 20 minutes. Candidates can freely arrange the order of speaking or speak in turn according to the order of drawing lots, and each person's speaking time does not exceed 3 minutes or 5 minutes. The examiner does not participate in the candidates' discussion, nor does he answer their questions, so as not to give hints to the candidates.

(3) Free discussion

The free discussion time is about 40-60 minutes. How and in what order candidates speak is their own business, and they are free to do so. Examiners do not participate in candidates' discussions, nor do they answer candidates' questions. During the discussion, candidates can clarify their own views, support or oppose others' views, and summarize their own or others' views. Examiners should carefully examine the performance of candidates in the discussion against the items listed in the scoring table, and make records to lay the foundation for candidates' scoring.

For some special topics, other materials or information can be provided to the candidates during the discussion. If this happens, please strictly follow the requirements of the topic.

(4) Summary statement

The examiner announced that the time was up and asked the candidates to stop discussing. When the candidate's discussion reaches the scheduled time, no matter what stage the candidate's discussion reaches, it should stop.

Candidates recommend or recommend a representative to briefly introduce the whole discussion process and results to the examiner. The time is about 5 minutes.

(5) Candidates exit

After the examiner announced the end of the leaderless group discussion, the staff guided the candidates to leave.

(6) Scoring review

After the candidates left, all examiners simply sorted out their own records and arranged an idea for each candidate's evaluation. Before making the final score, the examiner can comment on the performance of the candidates during the discussion. All comments should be justified. Let all examiners basically agree on the scores of candidates. If they really can't agree, they can keep their opinions. Each examiner marks each candidate in the scoring table and finally signs his name. After the examiner finishes grading the candidates, the staff will collect the grading table so as to summarize the scores in a unified way. For the sake of prudence, the examiner's transcript can also be encrypted and sealed. The staff will average the scores of different examiners for the same candidate, so as to get the final score of each candidate.
