The general reason for the lean concentration of engine combustible mixture is that the intake sensor is damaged or short-circuited, which leads to inaccurate measurement data and insufficient fuel injection, so that the combustible mixture will be too lean and the vehicle power will be insufficient. Second, too much carbon deposit in the engine, such as throttle, fuel nozzle, spark plug, etc., will also lead to improper feedback from the computer, misjudging that the combustible mixture is too rich, and the next adjustment will lead to too thin combustible mixture. Thirdly, the front and rear oxygen sensors on the exhaust pipe are damaged, and the oxygen closed-loop control is affected, which will also lead to the lean mixture.
Elimination method of over-diluted mixed gas;
1. Check whether the intake flowmeter is blocked, whether the circuit is damaged, and whether the plug is soaked by water. If it is determined to be a fault, it must be dried or taped, and the parts must be replaced before debugging.
2, check the front and rear oxygen sensors, you can loosen the oxygen sensor, and then observe the color, light gray top: this is the normal color of the oxygen sensor; White tip: it is caused by silicon pollution, and the oxygen sensor must be replaced at this time; Brown tip: It is caused by lead pollution. If it is serious, the oxygen sensor must also be replaced. Black tip: it is caused by carbon deposition. After the engine carbon deposit fault is eliminated, the carbon deposit on the oxygen sensor can be automatically removed.
3. If there is too much carbon deposit, it is recommended to clean the oil circuit (dripping oil) or add clean fuel additive (fuel treasure) to the oil tank, and also clean the oil nozzle and spark plug.
