Since February 25, 2023, Shijiazhuang has implemented traffic management measures for motor vehicles (including vehicles from other places and vehicles with temporary license plates) with single and double numbers.

According to the requirements of the Proposal of the Provincial Atmospheric Office on Starting Motor Vehicle Single and Double Number Restriction Measures, during the Class I emergency response to heavy polluted weather, traffic management measures (including foreign vehicles and temporary license plate vehicles) for motor vehicles with single and double numbers will be implemented in the areas within the Third Ring Road (including) of the urban area and the urban areas of counties (cities, districts).

Time limit is 7:00-20:00 every day (including legal holidays, Saturdays and Sundays). No cars with odd numbers, no cars with odd numbers and no cars with even numbers. The last digit is based on letters or Chinese characters. During the restriction period, postal express vehicles, special vehicles for the disabled, new energy vehicles and other specific vehicles approved according to actual conditions and relevant policies are excluded.

About restrictions

Fourth, if there is a sports competition in the business district gymnasium, the traffic control department will take traffic control measures around the area during the promotion activities to allow vehicles passing through this area to bypass, so as not to cause greater congestion.
