First, posture.
The angle between the shooter's trunk and the shooting projection is generally 10 ~ 20 degrees after the shooter is ready on the prone shooting mat. Feet should be close to the ground in the shape of an "outer figure of eight", and the left leg should be straight, which is similar to the left side of the body. When the left hand holds the gun, the angle between the left forearm and the ground should be not less than 30 degrees, and the angle between the upper arm and the ground should be kept at about 45 degrees. The butt of the gun rests on the right shoulder socket, the shoulder rests firmly on the clavicle, and the right hand holds (the gun neck). Press your right cheek tightly. When sticking to the cheek, the gravity of the head is straight down and the neck is relaxed. The whole body can only feel the force of the gun forward and downward, and there is no force of lateral push and pull.
The height of the support depends on the height of the individual and the length of the right arm, which is generally about 20-26 cm.

Press the gun, the right side of the body is slightly in a straight line with the gun body, the right hand holds the handle forward, the first section of the index finger rests on the trigger, and the right elbow is propped up as much as possible. Hold the magazine in your left hand, support your left elbow on the ground, and keep your elbow stable. Hold your chest out, lean forward slightly (right elbow does not leave the ground), the upper body naturally collapses, and the strength of your hands remains unchanged, so that the butt of the gun really leans on the shoulder socket, and your face leans forward slightly, naturally sticking to your cheeks.
According to the essentials of the gun, it can be summarized into ten words, namely: positive, grip, arrival, determination, collapse, no top and no pull.
Front: the right side of the gun body is basically aligned with the gun body, and the gun face should be front.
Grip method: Hold the right hand tightly, keep the grip strength unchanged when firing, and retract, fold and hold the right wrist.
Arrival: abutment shoulder position is suitable and tight.
