Third, the way of tuning.
The selection is conducted by combining written examination and interview, with the written examination and interview accounting for 50% and the total score 100. The written test scores, interview scores and total scores are rounded to two decimal places. Accounting positions only participate in interviews, not written tests. The cultural subject interview is a trial teaching, the experimenter interview is an experimental operation test, the educational administrator interview is a statistical test of curriculum arrangement and teaching achievement analysis, and the accounting interview is a computer accounting project test. The textbook of cultural subjects is a compulsory course for senior high school related subjects (People's Education Edition), and the specific content is determined by temporary lottery.
Fourth, the selection conditions
1. Good political and ideological performance, love of education, and good professional ethics.
2. The first degree is a full-time general normal college degree or above (experimenters and educational administrators have a bachelor degree or above, and accounting is a full-time accounting professional college degree or above); Senior middle school teacher qualification certificate with corresponding subjects (accountant has qualified accounting certificate).
3. On-the-job teachers who have worked in county-level senior high schools (vocational high schools) for five years or more have been engaged in teaching or holding posts for five consecutive years since 20 10.
4. Won one of the following awards in recent five years.

1.
