2. Introduction to temples

On Qingxiu Mountain, the city card of Nanning, stands a Kannonji built in the Northern Song Dynasty. There are more than a dozen Buddhist temples in the temple, such as Daxiong Hall, Sleeping Buddha Hall, Dharma Hall, Prajna Hall and Jialan Hall. With Ursa Hall as the central axis, it is the largest Buddhist shrine in Guangxi, with strong incense. The whole temple is very interesting. Buildings and statues are art treasures, but remember not to take pictures in temples. The Mahatma Hall of Zen Temple is divided into two floors, the lower one is the reclining Buddha, and the upper one is the Five Dhyani Buddhas. From left to right are Amitabha Buddha, Bukongcheng Buddha, Pilu Zangna Buddha, Baosheng Buddha and Achuan Buddha. The five buddhas sat on the lotus platform, solemn and gorgeous, with kind faces and dignified demeanor. The most beautiful thing is that the walls on both sides of the main hall are large-area colorful "five hundred arhats", and nearly two layers of continuous murals occupy the left and right walls respectively. There are more than 500 arhats in the picture, with different shapes, different faces, vivid expressions, harmonious and compact overall composition, colorful and lifelike characters.

public transportation

Take bus B 10, W 19, 32, 72, 12 1 and get off at Qingxiu Mountain North Gate Station or Fengling South Qingxiu Road Station.

Take bus W8 to Qingxiu Mountain South Gate Station.

Take buses 32, 33, 89, 94, 12 1, 220, 220. B 10 get off at Qingshan intersection of Fengling Mountain and walk to the west gate of Qingxiu Mountain to enter the scenic spot.

Take bus No.48, 68, 70, 94, 1 17, 18, 220, 60 1 607 to Nanning Bridge North Station, and walk to the west gate of Qingxiu Mountain to enter the scenic spot.
