What are the traffic control times for the 2018 Wuzhen Internet Conference?
The Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department issued traffic control information during the Wuzhen Internet Conference in October. Relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. From 0:00 on November 4, 2018 to 24:00 on November 10, ordinary roads and expressways in Jiaxing City (G15 Shenhai Expressway , excluding the Jiaxing section of S16 Hangpu Expressway) and the entire section of S13 Lianhang Expressway are prohibited from passing by vehicles transporting dangerous goods such as civilian explosives, fireworks and firecrackers, highly toxic chemicals, and radioactive materials. Among them, those that really need transportation related to the national economy and people's livelihood will be transported according to the designated time and route after approval by the public security department.
2. From 0:00 on November 4, 2018 to 18:00 on November 10, 2018, within the Tongxiang City Ring Road (Second Ring East Road, Second Ring South Road, Second Ring West Road, Second Ring North Road) Roads (excluding the above-mentioned roads) prohibit the passage of medium-sized (inclusive) trucks or above, low-speed trucks (agricultural transport vehicles), and three-wheeled vehicles; from 7:00 to 21:00 every day, Tongxiang City Ring Road (Second Ring East Road , Second Ring South Road, Second Ring West Road, Second Ring North Road), Wuzhen Avenue, Jiahu Highway (Xinmin Line-Yaobaoli), and the Tongxiang section of Salt Lake Highway prohibit medium-sized (inclusive) or above trucks and low-speed trucks. (Agricultural transport vehicles) and three-wheeled vehicles are allowed to pass.
3. From 0:00 on November 4, 2018 to 18:00 on November 10, 2018, ordinary roads (excluding The above-mentioned roads) prohibit the passage of trucks and three-wheeled vehicles.
4. From 0:00 on November 4, 2018 to 18:00 on November 10, 2018, motor vehicles (except two-wheeled motorcycles) are prohibited from passing through Taishi Bridge on the Yao-Taizhou Line.
5. From 0:00 on November 6, 2018 to 18:00 on November 10, 2018, according to road traffic conditions and traffic flow, the Hangzhou section and Jiaxing section of S2 Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway, S16 Hangpu Expressway, S12 Shenjiahu Expressway Zhejiang Section, S13 Lianhang Expressway, G15W Changtai Expressway Jiaxing Section, G2501 Hangzhou Ring Expressway East and North Sections, G60 Shanghai-Kunming Expressway Hangzhou and Jiaxing Section, G92 Hangzhou Bay Ring Expressway Hangzhou and Jiaxing sections will adopt temporary traffic restrictions as appropriate.
Drivers of passing vehicles are requested to consciously abide by the provisions of this notice, obey the instructions of the police and management personnel on duty, and choose a detour route in advance. Vehicles with restricted traffic that enter the restricted areas of Tongxiang City and Wuzhen for production and living needs should go to the Traffic Police Brigade of Tongxiang Public Security Bureau, Wuzhen Traffic Police Squadron, or Yaobaoli Public Security Inspection Station to apply for a pass certificate.
