From 17:00 on January 21 to 1:00 on January 22;
From 6:00 to 23:00 on January 22;

February 5 from 6 am to 23 pm.
It is prohibited to set off fireworks and firecrackers during heavy pollution weather and at times other than those specified above.
Discharge area
No release area in the main city: south of Manling Avenue, east of Silk Road Avenue, north of Nanshan Avenue, and west of Erguang Expressway.
The no-release area of the petrochemical functional area: south of the junction of Mengjin and Jiyuan, east of the Luoji Expressway, north of the Yellow River, and west of the junction of Mengjin and Mengzhou.
Other prohibited areas: 1. Important military facilities, gas stations, gas stations and other places where flammable and explosive dangerous goods are stored and within 200 meters of the surrounding area; 2. Cultural relics protection units and power transmission and transformation units Facilities and within 50 meters around them; 3. Hospitals, libraries, archives, schools, kindergartens, nursing homes, nursing homes and other public places; 4. Stations, airports, shopping malls, bazaars, theaters and other crowded places ;5. Key fire prevention places such as mountains, green spaces, forest parks, scenic spots, enclosed parks, and amusement parks; 6.
