1, Ming Tombs Scenic Area
The Ming Mausoleum is located at the foot of Mount Everest in Dulong Mansion at the southern foot of Zhongshan. It is the mausoleum of Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty, and Ma Shi, the empress. Today's Ming Mausoleum Scenic Area is mainly located in the Ming Mausoleum area, including ancillary facilities such as Dajinmen, Sifang City and Shinto, as well as surrounding attractions such as Xiamafang, Meihua Valley, Meihua Mountain, Mingdong Mausoleum and Xiazihu.
Xiamafang is a landmark building at the entrance to the Ming Tombs. It is a two-column stone arch with a height of 9 meters and a width of 6 meters. The words "officials from all departments dismount" are engraved on the forehead, indicating that civil and military officials at all levels must dismount and walk here to safeguard the solemnity of the mausoleum and respect it. There are many memorial buildings near the mausoleum, such as the Music Station, the Walking Pavilion, the Guanghua Pavilion, the Liuhui Pavilion and the Buddhist Scripture Building.
Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum Music Station, located in the southeast of Nanjing Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum Square, is a supporting project of Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, which is mainly used to commemorate the music performance and assembly speech of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's ceremony.
Liuhui Pavilion, also known as Shuixie Pavilion, is a scenic spot in Nanjing Zhongshan Scenic Area, located in the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, on the south side of the road from Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum to Linggu Temple.
Meiling Palace is located on Xiaohong Mountain, 200 meters east of Sifang City, Xuanwu District. It is a national key cultural relics protection unit. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, formerly known as the Tibetan Scripture Building, is located in the dense forest between Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum and Linggu Temple. This is a classical building that imitates the Lama Temple in Qing Dynasty. The building was built by General Feng Yuxiang through the Chinese Buddhist Association in 1934 1 1, and was named after the collection of classic works such as Sun Yat-sen's Three People's Principles. There are mainly the main building, the monk's room and the stele gallery.
3. Guling Scenic Area Guling Scenic Area is located about one kilometer east of Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum. Linggu Temple is at the eastern foot of Zijin Mountain. It is the only one of more than 70 Buddhist temples in the Southern Dynasties in ancient Zhongshan. It was originally located in today's Ming tombs, but later it was moved to this site because of the construction of the Ming tombs. The pine trees here are towering and the scenery is pleasant, and they are known as "the deep pine of the ancient spirit".
Linggu Temple Buddha-free Hall is located in Guling Park at the southern foot of Nanjing Zijin Mountain. It is the oldest and largest brick arch-coupon temple in China and a cultural relic protection unit in Jiangsu Province.
Guling Tower is the tallest and most beautiful tower in Nanjing, with eight sides and nine floors. It is made of reinforced concrete and Suzhou Jinshan granite. The Guling Pagoda, formerly known as the Memorial Pagoda for fallen soldiers, was built in 193 1. This is an important part of the cemetery for fallen soldiers.

Other attractions Nanjing Zhongshan Botanical Garden, formerly known as Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Botanical Garden, is located in the national Zhongshan Scenic Area in the eastern suburb of Nanjing, covering an area of 186 hectares. It is backed by lush Zhongshan, facing the sparkling thousand lakes, adjacent to the ancient and spectacular Ming City Wall, and facing the famous Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum at home and abroad. Nanjing Baima Stone Carving Park, located at the junction of lake and mountain in Zhongshan Scenic Area, is the first art park in China with stone carving as its theme. It is divided into four parts: western park, stone carving park, natural forest area and entertainment park.
Purple Mountain Observatory is one of the most famous observatories in China, and the first modern astronomical research institution established by China itself is known as "the cradle of modern astronomy in China". Its predecessor was the Institute of Astronomy, Academia Sinica, which was established in February of 1928 (Chen Wunian).
