1. Applicable object.
The enterprises enjoying rewards and compensation as mentioned in this policy refer to enterprises with independent legal personality whose registered place and financial income are in Longwan District and High-tech Zone at the time of reporting, unless otherwise stipulated in the policy. The people staying in different places involved in the policy are non-local household registration personnel who worked in Wenzhou enterprises from June 6, 2023 to February 5, 2023 and did not leave Wenzhou, and participated in endowment insurance or industrial injury insurance in Wenzhou. Private non-enterprises and social organizations are regarded as enterprises enjoying this policy. Labor dispatch enterprises need to reach an agreement with employment enterprises to apply for subsidies. Enterprises are not limited by the comprehensive evaluation type of "hero of average yield per mu", and the above policies are not included in the total control of local comprehensive contributions of enterprises. Where the scope of application of some clauses has been clearly defined, such provisions shall prevail.
2. Funding arrangements.
