Leaderless group discussion
Leaderless group discussion is a method of collective testing of candidates. By setting work-related questions for candidates, candidates are grouped according to the same or similar positions. Each group (6-8 people in general, and as many as 12 people in some places) can discuss freely for a certain period of time without a group leader, so as to examine the candidates' abilities in organization and coordination, comprehensive analysis, emergency response, interpersonal relationship handling, nonverbal communication, and their personality characteristics and behavior styles, so as to judge the pros and cons among the candidates.
