2. Location of equipment collection

Shanghai International Procurement Exhibition Center (No.2739 Guangfu West Road, Putuo District) 02 1-60290070 (switchboard)

3. Materials to be submitted

(1) nucleic acid test report within 24 hours before the competition (negative);

(2) Commitment letter of health and safety responsibility signed by the participants themselves;

(3) Original ID card (second-generation ID card, passport, home visit permit, Taiwanese certificate, etc., and the number of the certificate must be the same as that submitted at the time of registration).

(4) Proof materials of permanent residents in Shanghai.

Note: I am the only one with the equipment. The Organizing Committee has the right to disqualify players who fail to submit the above-mentioned relevant materials as required, and refuse to issue equipment.

If you don't participate in the competition after the registration is confirmed, the registration fee will not be refunded (except in the case specified in "").

Once the contestants confirm their registration, they will be deemed to have agreed to the "Declaration of Participants" of this competition, and the entries and all personal information shall not be changed. It is illegal to transfer the qualification, number cloth and chip to others, and all the consequences of the competition shall be borne by the transferor and/or transferee.
