1. Steel particles, iron powder and waste ash are formed into one body after being subjected to high temperatures during the smelting process. 2. First, send the steel slag evenly into the ball mill for grinding. The ground steel slag has been dissociated, and is sent to the air selection through the belt conveyor to select the steel particles. Then the conveyor is used to send the steel slag that has selected steel particles into the magnetic separator for separation. The magnetic separator can effectively select iron powder. The remaining waste ash is discharged from the waste port of the magnetic separator. The waste port is connected to a conveyor and sent into the waste ash pool, which is cleaned regularly. Waste ash is a good cement raw material and can be sold to cement factories to make cement or steam-cured brick factories to make bricks.

In this way, all the steel slag is recycled, and the steel slag, iron powder, and waste ash are sold separately, generating considerable economic value. It has the advantages of low production process cost and no environmental pollution.
