Zhong Xiang's Notes (Jiajing Chapter)

Zhong Xiang bears the splendor of Chu, singing and dancing lightly.

It also carries the lifelong attachment of Emperor Jiajing of Ming Shizong.

On the way to Mochou Village

My companion and I got off the bus and visited the museum.

The first thing you see is a tall arch.

From top to bottom, there are reliefs on both sides of the archway, such as peony, phoenix, unicorn, Songhe Yannian and carp yue longmen.

There are drums and four stone lions at the foot of the column.

The three characters "Shaosima" on the lintel are striking.

The stone structure has become very mottled, but it still can't cover up the majestic and exquisite carving skills.

A memorial archway and a legend

The memorial archway of Shaosima in history was built by Zuo Assistant Minister of the Ministry of War in the Ming Dynasty when he went back to his hometown to visit relatives.

Perhaps he didn't expect that his fame and fortune workshop could stand on the land of his hometown for a hundred years.

If this memorial arch is on weekdays, it may not be surprising.

But it was on a blue-gray rainy day.

Behind the tall stone pillars, water vapor fills the air and smoke rises hazy.

Like a dream in a dream of red mansions, people want to go in and find out.

Pass through Shaosima memorial archway

This is a clearing paved with Shi Zhuan.

The white main building of the museum vaguely looks like a white paperweight in the distance.

There is a row of ginkgo biloba on both sides of the clearing.

Late autumn is the most brilliant season of Ginkgo biloba leaves.

In the space with only white and gray, they whirled in the air, splashing orange.

It makes people feel particularly bright and dazzling.

"The vicissitudes of life are illusory, and the mountains vaguely remember."

Ginkgo biloba is a long-lived plant, which can witness the changes of history.

It seems perfect for them to take tourists to the museum.

With the pace of progress

The face of the main building of the museum is becoming clearer and clearer.

In the middle of the simple rectangular museum, there is a door with unique design.

The gate consists of six boards of the same size.

The hollow carving pattern can rotate freely on the door shaft.

Make these boards look like slowly unfolding pages.

The exhibition hall of the museum is small and there are not many exhibits.

About the cultural relics of Chu state, they have basically moved to Hubei Bo.

Most of the things left there are old things from the Ming Dynasty.

Among them, most of the ornaments are golden flowers, hairpin gold earrings and cloud-shaped tired silk gold hairpin aromatherapy stoves.

It was also in the museum that I learned about the origin of Emperor Jiajing and Zhong Xiang.

Zhong Xiang was the fief of Zhu Shiyuan, the king of Xing Xian, and Zhu Houzong was his second son.

After Zhu Shiyuan's death, Zhu Houzong, who was only twelve years old, attacked Wang Xing.

In the sixteenth year of Zheng De's reign, Emperor Wuzong of Ming Dynasty invoked the principle of "brother-in-law" on his deathbed.

Plans to let his cousin Zhu Houzong succeed to the throne.

Since then, Zhu Houzong officially became emperor, and changed to Jiajing the following year.

Fairy spirit is located on Chunde Mountain in the east of Zhongxiang City.

This is the tomb of Emperor Zhu Shiyuan, the father of Emperor Jiajing, and Empress Cixiao, his mother.

My partner and I were in a quiet morning.

Come to this ancient tomb.

Wailuocheng has red walls and yellow tiles, resplendent and magnificent, winding in the mountains.

After the rain, the hall outside the empty mountain smokes in front of you It is said that water can gather dragon gas.

The entrance to the cemetery is a new red gate, which reads "Officials are waiting to dismount here". Weasion Wei is ready.

We humbly walked through the new red gate.

Walking on the winding mountain road paved with white jade slabs, passing through the Old Red Gate, the Shengde Monument Building and the Yu He Bridge, the stone statue gave birth to the Dragon's Shinto.

Jiuqu royal water around its feet.

The sole hit the ground and made a slight click, as if knocking on Daming's door.

I'm afraid what impressed me the most along the way was the dozen pairs of stone statues.

There is a straight road at the foot of Yu He Bridge.

On both sides of the road, pine trees and lush pine trees are pairs of lifelike statues with different expressions.

At first, the stone statue was in the shape of some kind of god beast.

Camel elephant unicorn lion

From Mobei to the western regions, from fairy tales to auspicious things on earth.

It shows the vast territory and fantastic imagination of the Ming Dynasty.

The last pair of statues are civil servants and military commanders.

Their costumes are exquisite and elegant, full of vitality and wisdom.

It seems to tell the newcomers that Daming is full of talents.

Standing at one end of the road, the statues are arranged symmetrically along the central axis, straight and upright.

They are upright grave keepers and a portrayal of the prosperity of the Quartet during the Jiajing period.

In the deepest part of the cemetery stands the Ming building, which is the tallest building in the park.

There is a clear circular pond in front of the Ming building, which is called the inner Ming pond and the outer Ming pond, echoing each other from afar.

According to legend, Neimingtang not only collects dragon gas, but also is responsible for the fire fighting in the cemetery.

This is because the cemetery buildings are mostly wooden structures. If you can't rescue them immediately if you walk, the consequences will be unimaginable.

The small pond also reflects the designer's ingenuity.

The east-west hall in front of the Ming building has been ruined several times, and now only the residual bricks and tiles are left, which makes people feel a little sad.

After the Ming building, it is the tomb of the tomb owner, which has not been mined yet.

We don't know the prosperity in the tomb, but we can only see its characteristics from the outside.

When you climb the Ming building, you can see the panoramic view of the mausoleum area.

Jiuqu Yu He is smart and beautiful, like two frolicking Youlong.

The sparkling Neimingtang is the bright pearl they are vying for.

If the Ming building is compared to a dragon head, then the whole cemetery is also a vivid dragon.

It is said that the designer deliberately deviated the road between the old and new Red Gates from the central axis.

In order to present a picture of a dragon wagging its tail in the cemetery.

Surrounded by mountains on three sides, it is like a dragon chair.

Surrounded by clear water, there is a beautiful atmosphere between heaven and earth.

The mausoleum area can really be regarded as a treasure trove of geomantic omen.

If most of the imperial tombs are carved with beams and painted with solemn buildings,

Everywhere embodies the majesty of Tianjia weather.

Then the fairy gives people a gentle and humble feeling everywhere.

Emperor Jiajing was born and raised here.

Maybe when he was young, he thought he would never leave this land.

After Zhong Xiang sat in the dragon chair under the arrangement of fate, it turned out to be the first half of his life that he always missed but couldn't go back.

After the "big gift", Emperor Jiajing ignored the opposition of his ministers.

Zhu Shiyuan, the biological father, was named Emperor Gong Rui and buried in the fairy.

After the death of his mother, Jiang, Emperor Jiajing made him a queen and transported his body back to Zhongxiang to be buried with his father.

Maybe it's because I've never experienced a battle for the throne.

I have never tasted the pain of killing each other.

Maybe it's because my father didn't become emperor before his death.

There is not much interest and utility between father and son.

Probably because my mother took care of me all the way.

Help young people sit on the throne and point out the maze.

Emperor Jiajing showed his inner tenderness and respect and love for his parents without reservation in his mausoleum.

The palace residence is not extremely luxurious, but the design is ingenious and exquisite.

Roads and bridges are not broad and majestic, but they are laid neatly and flexibly.

It seems that this is not a mausoleum showing imperial power.

It is a simple and comfortable paradise, bearing the purest filial piety of a son to his parents.

Ming Xianling Mausoleum was built in the 14th year of Zhengde in Ming Dynasty and ended in the 38th year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty.

It took forty years to build.

It has been built for nearly 500 years since Jiajing period.

The flowing water of the years washes away every brick and tile, every grass and tree in the cemetery.

But I can't get rid of the most sincere love in Jianling people's hearts

The moment I walked out of the fairy, the melody of this song suddenly sounded in my ear:

Past life, wind and rain, future generations, dust and smoke

Pavilions and palaces are in ruins.

Prosperity dies, and princes rest in peace.

Time has been passed down for thousands of generations.
