Does Yangzhai use a compass or a nine-gong plate?

The Yangzhai is decorated using the Jiugong Pan. The Jiugongpan is a tool used for the Feng Shui layout of Yangzhai. It consists of three vertical lines and three horizontal lines and is divided into nine squares. When laying out the Yangzhai, the nine palace plates are divided into different areas according to the birth dates of the residents and the Feng Shui characteristics of the surrounding environment, and the functions and furnishings of each area are determined according to the good and bad directions on the nine palace plates.
