The seventh master was in pain and hanged on the bridge fence (so many impermanent images were long red tongues). The terrible Jia Xun was too loyal. He ordered them to arrest the outlaws in front of Master Huang Cheng. Some people say that Sebian is to repay God and be safe. Where there is no medicine to save, there is no medicine to save those who break the law. Of course, these are all legends.

The origin of black and white impermanence

In the famous ghost town, there are two small gods that often appear, one is white impermanence and the other is black impermanence. What do these two gods do?

White impermanence and black impermanence, also known as impermanence Sir Zhong, are gods who specialize in catching evil spirits. Black impermanence is one of the top ten beauties. Bai impermanence always smiles and wears a long hat that says "you are here"; Black impermanence has a lost expression and wears a long hat that says "I'm arresting you". Why is impermanence black and white? Think about it for several reasons: First, many gods in religion are human beings. Chen Jiayou has a buddy named Auda, who is honest on the surface and very calculating in his heart. He thinks that Miss Chen San is a pockmarked girl, and the son of a rich family will definitely not want her. It is better to seduce her as a wife, and when her father dies, this rich family will not belong to him!

Miss Chen San pushed the gambler away, fled into the back room, plugged in the door, and was really overwhelmed. She hanged herself with a rope. She hung a rope and broke a rope, which made her feel very strange. She opened the door and carried her two children into the house. Miss Chen San smiled kindly and was not afraid.

White impermanence said, "Why commit suicide? You might as well pack up the money you left at home and go somewhere else. You have to raise your two children! " "Miss Chen San listened to the white impermanence and left with two children. After Miss Chen San left, Chen Jia's four shops caught fire at the same time. That Aoda was holding a girl in Chunxiangyuan, smoking a big cigarette, and when he got home, all his belongings were burned out.

There are many legends about black impermanence, and one is typical. Legend has it that there were two fathers and sons. My son likes leisure since childhood and hates work, smoking and gambling. The father is very strict, but the son just won't listen. Once, my son came back from gambling and lost everything. The father accidentally killed his son. After the death of his son, his bad habits remain unchanged, and ghosts still do evil and harm people on earth.

A few years later, one night, my son came outside his house. When he was about to enter the house, the dogs in the yard kept barking. Knowing that another ghost was coming to harm people, his father left the room with a knife in one hand and a tung oil lamp in the other. Seeing his father's ferocity, his son jumped into the house and said, "Father, this child didn't come to harm anyone. He just wanted to come back and see your old man."

My father said, "You do evil in the world, and even after you die, your neighbors are not clean.". After I accidentally killed you, I still felt bad for a long time. It is not difficult for me to continue to do evil. "

The son said, "What you said is really reasonable. My son found out now and vowed not to do evil again. He will definitely turn over a new leaf and return to the afterlife to repay his kindness. "

Father said, "That's good, otherwise it's hard for father to see the villagers."

The son said, "Dad, don't worry. From now on, my son is tortured and will never visit your old man again. " Take care, father. "

Since then, my son has really never harmed anyone again. He went to the eighteenth floor of hell to be punished. On the eighteenth floor of hell, he suffered a lot before he realized the value of life. Those evil things he did in the past are really guilty.

On one occasion, King Guang of Qin summoned him in Yamaraja, the Tenth Hall, and said, "Why don't you double the body back to Yang?"

He said: "I have done bad things that thousands of people hate to scold in my last life." Everywhere I go, people kill me with knives and sticks. Doing evil is really reviling. I want to be a good person again. "

Qin Guang said, "It seems that you are really an evil ghost who can turn evil into good. I tell you, if you are a good ghost for another three years, I will seal you up on a cloudy day. "

Three years later, the Ten Halls of Hades summoned him again and said, "In the past three years, you have really changed from evil to good and done a lot of good things. I've reported to Yin Yunzhun that I've made you a reward and punishment officer, specializing in catching ghosts. "

Since then, he has been wearing black linen clothes, patrolling around in the middle of the night and making unannounced visits. He rewarded Yin for his good deeds and evil deeds, and arrested many evil spirits.

Whether impermanence Sir Zhong belongs to Taoism, Buddhism or folk belief is hard to say, probably because both Taoism and Buddhism believe in these two gods, but Buddhist temples offer the most sacrifices.

People who know Chinese, when they see the word "impermanence", naturally think of adjectives first, indicating changefulness; "Life is impermanent" means that the fate of life is changeable and unpredictable. Xunzi, who used this adjective very early, said, "Leaving home is impermanent."

However, "impermanence" is also a noun, which is a special term of Buddhism. It's complicated to explain in detail. In short, everything in the world is impermanent, which is a teaching of Buddhism. There are two situations, one is "instantaneous impermanence" and the other is "continuous impermanence". It's really complicated Unless you are interested in studying Buddhism deeply, you will know that there are two words, both of which are enough.

Perhaps because Buddhism has the word "impermanence", there are impermanent "characters" in many stories derived from Buddhist teachings.

China's folklore, whether originated from Buddhism or Taoism, has developed into its own system over time. All stories, such as the Ten Temples of Hades and the Four Seas Dragon King, have an established power in the world. In folklore, impermanence is a ghost, so it is also called a ghost. There are two kinds of impermanence, one is black impermanence and the other is white impermanence. According to folklore, the shapes of these two ghost gentlemen are also fixed.

Mr. Bai Biao's face is as white as powder. He is wearing white clothes and a white hat. On the top of the hat, he wrote four words: "All is well." Holding a white funeral stick, the whole body is white, and only the long tongue that occasionally spits out is bright red-this style is quite strange and scary to describe, but as long as you are from China, you will know at a glance that this is Mr. Bai impermanence.

As for Mr. Black Impermanence, everything is black, as opposed to white impermanence. The four words on the top hat are "get rich at first sight". The long tongue spit out is naturally bright red.

It is impossible to find out who created this style and when it started. This style has long been accepted by the public, and even if other artists create new styles, it is difficult to get public support. These two impermanent personalities are significantly different from each other in terms of appearance; Black impermanence is sad and looks sad; White impermanence showed a very strange smile, I don't know what this means. We can divide them into two groups: one is to make it clear that the soul is bound, and the other is to design traps to make people fall into them and lose their lives. The duty of black and white impermanence is to detain the soul, that is, to take the life of the living into the dead and take the human soul to the underworld for disposal.

This is another link in China's series of folklore: after death, the soul goes to the underworld, and the Ten Dian Yan judges people according to their behavior among the dead. There are certain procedures, such as when the soul is in Naiheqiao, it must drink Meng Po Tang, so that all the memories before death can be brought to the next life (so that none of us can remember the past life), and so on.

Black impermanence and white impermanence are both officials in the palace of hell, and their positions are somewhat similar to those of ancient officials. Black-and-white colleagues, as well as cattle's head and horse's face, are all the roles of leading people. As for judges, they are the touts in the yamen-the underworld that approves souls, much like the official yamen in the Yang world. Nature is conceived by the creator according to the situation of the Yang world. Black impermanence and white impermanence want to bet their souls for fun. They have no right to decide, only to accept orders. This order comes from Yan, who has a "life and death book" to remember everyone's name and that so-and-so should die at the age of forty-one. At this damn moment, they will send black and white impermanence, a bad wind will pass, and so-and-so will disappear into the world!

Black and white impermanence is just obeying orders, and there is quite a program imagination in it. If black and white impermanence is ordered to detain the soul, it is a person they like very much and must not be disobeyed.

If black and white impermanence hates a person and wants him to disappear into the world of Yang, they have no right to decide for themselves and must obey Yan's orders.

Yan is the absolute authority: "Yan is doomed to die in the third watch, who dares to stay in the fifth watch?"

Similarly, if Yan is doomed to die, no one can let this person die. It is Yan who holds the power of life and death. Although black and white impermanence seems very powerful, in fact they are only executors of life and death. As you can imagine, in many cases, a person can't help it-it is inevitable for any executor.

Another interesting phenomenon is that people who create black-and-white impermanent images write the words "peace in the world" and "get rich at first sight" on their top hats. What these eight words write is exactly the wish of many people in the world. What can be more worthy of happiness than being a rich man in peace and prosperity? Paradoxically, however, whoever sees the impermanence of black and white is the time when his soul dies in the underworld. World peace seems to have nothing to do with it, because he has passed away! I like to add some "preface" before telling a story, but I seldom say the preface so long. If it continues, I'm afraid it will become an "impermanence monograph", so much for it.

Yan has a great influence among the people of China. It is said that he is the king of the underworld. After death, people will report to the underworld and accept Yan's trial. Those who do good deeds before their death can ascend to heaven to enjoy wealth. Those who do evil before their death will be punished and go to hell. In Buddhism in China, there are also theories of Yamaraja and Shidian School. Yamaraja in Ten Temples is the general name of ten hades who are in charge of hell, according to China Buddhism. This statement began in the late Tang Dynasty. They are: King Guang of Qin, Chu Jiangwang, Emperor Song, King Guan, King Hua, King Tai Shan, King Ping, King Du Shi and King Wudaolun. These ten kings live in the Ten Halls of Hell, because they are called the Ten Halls of Hell. Different Shi Shi said, "As far as Shun is concerned, I think there are more than dozens of Yamaraja. Animal tracks, sword mountains, all kinds of existence, what crime, no effort; It's been thousands of years. Why? Do you think it is impossible for a dying prisoner to beg for death because he is faster than a sharp knife? Not the same! "

The first hall, Qin, is dedicated to recording human life and death. It is in charge of the good and bad of the underworld. Ghost yamen is located beyond the sea and rocks. This is due to the yellow road in the west. When the good life is over, it will be introduced into the next life. Anyone who hooks up with a man and a woman and has both achievements and losses will be sent to the Tenth Hall for distribution. Or a man turns to a woman. Or a woman turns to a man. It will compete with the rich and the poor. It will be unfairly rewarded. Anyone who is evil. There were no good men before. He was taken to the evil soul. He saw the danger of living and dying in hell. At that time, he knew that two thousand gold could not be brought. Only evil accompanied him all his life. After taking photos in Taiwan, he approved the second temple and sent it to prison to suffer.
