How to disassemble the Changan Star sc6382 blower
1. Removal and installation of the heater device (applicable to 190 types of cars) (1) Drain the coolant in the cooling system. (2) Remove the control board. (3) Detach the cable fixing on the left side of the heater device and remove the screws on the wire terminals. (4) Unlock the wire connector behind the blower motor. (5) Disconnect the vacuum tube and lighting wires behind the heater control device. (6) Place a container under the engine and under the water supply pipe of the heater device behind the cylinder head. (7) Disassemble the water supply pipe of the heater device behind the cylinder head. (8) Disassemble the return hose of the heater device on the thermostat shell, insert the foot pump hose into the return pipe of the heater device, pour the cooling hydraulic pressure from the water supply pipe into the container, and connect the heater device Blow out the remaining coolant. (9) Remove the two connecting bolts and then separate the return pipe. (10) Pull out the right air pipe under the return pipe on the heater device. (11) Remove the two bolts on the other side and separate the water supply pipe from the flange joint. (12) Pull out the air pipe under the water supply pipe on the left side of the heater device. (13) Remove the water supply pipe fixing bracket on the left side of the fire wall. (14) Loosen the mounting bracket nut under the water supply pipe bracket. (15) Loosen the right mounting bracket nut under the return pipe. (16) Remove the two mounting nuts on the top of the heater device as shown in Figure 16-1. (17) Disconnect the control wire of the blower motor switch. (18) Disconnect the control wire from the main air door on the side of the heater device. (19) Detach the heater unit from the mounting studs, then lift up and remove the heater unit from the vehicle. (20) Install in the reverse order of disassembly. But it should be noted that when connecting the blower control wire, you must first connect the wire to the switch, then move the switch to the "MAX" position, connect the control wire end to the main air door arm, open the main air door and reach the top, and then Position the outer pull wire; after all work is completed, add coolant according to regulations. (4) Press out the left and right dewatering damper arm linkage mechanisms. (5) Push back the left moisture removal air door lock. (6) Pull out the left joint pad with the water and gas removal nozzle. (7) Press and release the connecting rods of the mixed gas damper on the left and right arms. (8) Pry out the left and right mixture air flap connecting rod ball heads from the ball socket. (9) Separate the heater device into two halves and remove the mixed gas damper. (10) Remove the fixing screws of the heater water tank frame, remove the frame and take out the water tank. (11) Install in the reverse order of disassembly. [TOP] 3. Disassembly and installation of the heater blower motor 1. Disassembly and installation of the 190 model heater blower motor (1) Remove the air inlet mask above the pressure chamber. (2) Remove the vacuum hose from the water tank valve. (3) Remove the two screws pointed by the arrows on the blower motor cover. (4) Lift the rubber sealing strip away from the inner firewall, and then remove the two fixing screws. (5) Move the firewall upward and forward, and then remove the blower motor cover. (6) Remove the wire connecting piece, and then disassemble the motor wire connector. (7) Remove the fixing bolts of the blower motor, and then take out the motor from the housing. (8) Install in the reverse order of disassembly.
2. Removal and installation of 240D, 230, 280, 280C and 300D heater blower motors
(1) Remove the heater device box.
(2) Remove the three fixing screws.
(3) Pull out the blower slightly, then disconnect the wire plug and remove the blower.
(4) Install in the reverse order of disassembly. To prevent air leaks, use three new screws and new washers when installing.
3. Removal and installation of heater motors for 280E, 280CE, 300CD and 300TD models
(1) Remove the cover from the lower right side of the instrument panel.
(2) Remove the wire plug from the blower motor.
(3) Remove the contact plate screws, lift the contact plate, and then disconnect the wires connected to the series resistor.
(4) Remove the blower motor flange fixing bolts, and then lift off the blower motor.
(5) Install in the reverse order of disassembly.
4. Removal and installation of blower motors for 280S, 280SE, 300SD, 450SE, 450SEL and 6.9 models
(1) Disassemble the series resistor plug on the fire wall.
(2) Remove the fixing bolts and then remove the series resistor.
(3) Remove the air inlet grille, and then disassemble the glove box.
(4) Remove the cover from the lower right side of the instrument panel.
(5) Remove the hose between the central air duct and the right annular nozzle.
(6) Remove the wire clamp, and then disconnect the control wire on the rocker arm.
(7) Remove the two nuts and then remove the blower motor.
(8) Guide the connecting wire into the water tank through the air duct on the firewall.
(9) Insert the blower motor into the housing, screw on the fixing nut, and then push the motor to the left.
(10) Install in the reverse order of disassembly.
5. Removal and installation of 380SL, 380SLC, 450SL and 450SLC blower motors
(1) Remove the eight fixing screws of the outer cover, and then remove the cover on the motor board on.
(2) Unplug the wire plug from the series resistor on the firewall.
(3) Remove the fixing bolts and then remove the series resistor.
(4) Unscrew the four fixing nuts of the blower motor, and then lift out the motor.
(5) Install in the reverse order of disassembly. It should be noted that the rubber sealing strip cannot be damaged, otherwise it must be replaced.
6. Removal and installation of blower motors for 300SD, 380SE, 380SEL, 380SEC, 500SEL and 500SEC models
(1) Remove the cover on the lower right side of the instrument panel.
(2) Remove the cover from the blower motor, and then disassemble the two-pin plug.
(3) Remove the fixing bolts of the blower motor flange, and then remove the motor.
(4) Install in the reverse order of disassembly.
7. Removal and installation of blower motors for 190D and 190E models
(1) Open the engine cover 90°, and then remove the wiper arm.
(2) Remove the fixing clip of the air inlet mask on the fire wall.
(3) Remove the rubber sealing strip from the cover, and then remove the fixing screws; slide out the inlet mask from the lower windshield adjustment strip and remove it.
(4) Disconnect the vacuum hose from the heater water tank.
(5) Remove the fixing screws of the heater water tank cover.
(6) Pull out the rubber sealing strip from the forced ventilation engine side of the defroster, then remove the fixing screws and pull out the blower motor cover.
(7) Untie the connecting strap of the connecting wire, and then remove the plug.
(8) Remove the mounting bolts and then remove the blower motor.
(9) Install in the reverse order of disassembly.
