It is now the location of the farm organ in the northern suburbs. It's the clearing in the north of Huilongguan Hotel. That is the original site of the northern suburb farm office (now Longguan Building). The original three-story office building has been demolished, and it is ready to build a commercial residential building here. The farm in the northern suburbs was originally called the Sino-Vietnamese Friendship People's Commune, but it was renamed the Sino-Japanese Friendship People's Commune after Sino-Vietnamese relations became tense. After that, the commune was abolished and the farm was changed, and it was under the jurisdiction of Shahe in the north, Xisanqi in the south, Dongsanqi in the east and Huilongguan in the west.
huilongguan community is located in the east of this core area. At that time, except for a few rows of blue brick bungalows in farm organs, it was basically farmland, and there were other villages, such as Sanhe Village (now elegant garden), Zhouzhuang (now Yunqu Garden), Beidian (now Longteng Garden) and Liangzhuang (now matrix community). The earliest residential area here is now the North Suburb Farm Family Courtyard, and those rows of bungalows have a history of more than 3 years. After the farm office building was completed, it became the earliest building here. Although it was only a three-story red brick building, it was also the tallest building here at that time. This was more than twenty years ago. A few years later, the northern suburb farm began to build the first dormitory building, and high-rise residential buildings began to appear here. This building, which has a history of 2 years, is the No.1 Building of the Family Courtyard of the Farm. Later, buildings 2 to 6 were built one after another, and a large-scale residential complex began to emerge here.
After Beijing began to implement the housing reform and the real estate boom, the farm decided to relocate its subsidiary, the northern suburb chemical plant, and the factory built residential buildings, which is now the Longhua Garden Community. At the same time, ten miles long street will be built to connect Huilongguan and Huoying, so as to prepare for the future development of the eastern part of Huilongguan. At present, Huilongguan East Street, the main road of Huilongguan Community, is built on the basis of Shilichang Street, which is also one of the last few roads in this area. Houhuayuan Real Estate bought the land from the west of the farm family courtyard to the Badaling Expressway to build a residential area, which is now Huihuayuan.
after the Beijing municipal government implemented the construction of affordable housing, Tianhong Group took a fancy to Huilongguan, a land of geomantic omen, and began to invest in the development and construction of Huilongguan cultural residential district. Since then, this place has become the largest construction site in Beijing. After several years of construction, the completion of the first phase, the second phase and even the sixth phase of the residential area has made earth-shaking changes here. In the past, farmland was full of high-rise buildings, and people from all directions gathered here to start a new life.
Looking at this place again, I am deeply moved. Huilongguan has changed from a village to a city! Huilongguan is located in the north of Beijing, about 16 kilometers from Deshengmen in the south, about 18 kilometers from Changping City in the north, and Tiantongyuan in the east, which is located on the east side of Badaling Expressway, not far from sha he.
As for the origin of Huilongguan, please follow my pen and trace back to ancient and modern times through the rolling dust of history.
more than 6 years ago, in the early Ming dynasty, Huilongguan area was still a pasture for herding horses, and the nearby Xi 'erqi and Xi 'sanqi were villages formed by the residence of horsemen. In the mid-Ming Dynasty, hongzhi emperor went to Tianshou Mountain to pay a visit to the imperial tomb, and passed through this pasture for grazing horses, where he built the Xuanfu Palace. The emperor was obsessed with Taoism, which caused great dissatisfaction among the ministers of civil and military affairs. In order to cultivate monasteries in the palace, we should always listen to the noisy ministers, so Emperor Hongzhi pondered to find another place. On the grounds that the Mausoleum was stationed in the ancient city, he handed down an imperial edict to build a Taoist temple on the horse pasture in the south of Shahe, and named it "Xuanfuguan". Taoist temple was built in the 17th year of Hongzhi and completed in the 1th year of Zhengde, and was eventually renamed as "Xuanfu Palace". The project lasted for twelve years before and after.
According to the historical records, the Xuanfu Palace was large in scale, with the inner and outer gates, and the bell tower, drum tower, dragon hall, tiger hall, left and right halls, main hall, north and south abbots, etc. The main hall is dedicated to the God of Xuanwu, the Zhenwu Emperor. The whole building, "Lin Gong Bei Yu, outstanding and lofty, with perfect wheels and beautiful Danbi", has become a great sight in the north of Kyoto. Obviously, Xuanfu Palace was a royal Taoist temple in the middle and late Ming Dynasty, and it also had the function of a palace during Ming Di's visit to the mausoleum. After its completion, the Ming emperor went to Tianshou Mountain to pay homage to the imperial tomb, and stayed here on his way back. Probably for this reason, Xuanfu Palace, also known as "Huilongguan", has been passed down to the present.
Today, the emperor's palace has been broken, but for the working class in Beijing, it has become one of the most ideal areas for buying a house. Line 8-Huilongguan East Street Station
