Stewed sparerib with Chinese sauerkraut
Eat one more bowl of rice at a time. It's easy to organize quickly ~
Ingredients: ribs, sauerkraut, onion, ginger, garlic, dried Chili.
Exercise:
1. Wash the ribs with cold water, put ginger slices in the pot, remove the fishy smell from the cooking wine, cook until the foam floats, remove and drain;
2. Put the blanched ribs into the pot, pour in the hot water without ribs, add the onion, ginger slices, star anise cinnamon and 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, and simmer for 40 minutes after the fire is boiled (remove the ingredients inside after cooking);
3. Stir-fry onion, ginger, garlic and dried Chili in oil, stir-fry with sauerkraut, pour the cooked ribs and soup into the pot and add a little crystal sugar to refresh;
4. Add a little salt and pepper, boil over high fire and simmer for 20 minutes.
