Is the refrigerator frosted or dewed in summer?

Frost. Reason: Due to the small amount of refrigerant and the low evaporation pressure and temperature of the evaporator, the evaporator will gradually condense to form a heat insulation layer, and the expansion point will be transferred to the return air of the compressor, resulting in frosting of the return air of the compressor. If the fluorine content is normal or excessive, and the high pressure is low due to excessive condensation heat transfer, the refrigerant at the front end of the throttle valve will show low pressure and high quality under the same volume. Solution: In most cases, frost can be formed only by adjusting the hot gas bypass valve.

The specific method is to open the end cover behind the hot gas bypass valve, and then turn the adjusting nut clockwise with the No.8 Allen key. The adjustment process should not be too fast. Under normal circumstances, the system will be suspended for about half a turn, allowing the system to run for a period of time before deciding whether to continue the adjustment.

Causes of dew condensation in the air return pipe of refrigerator in summer: when the expansion valve pressure is low and the throttle valve is initially opened, the quality of refrigerant liquid flowing through the throttle valve will exceed the normal value, and too much heat needs to be absorbed from the evaporator. If the evaporator cannot fully absorb the corresponding heat, the temperature of the compressor oil return pipe will be low. At the same time, due to the low pressure at the front end of the throttle, the pressure at the rear end of the throttle will also be low. If the expansion valve is used in the return air duct system of the refrigerator, the opening will not be adjusted too much compared with the normal state, and the low pressure will be maintained until the return air of the compressor is frosted. This seems to be a lack of fluorine, and the low temperature of the return duct leads to condensation. Solution: After the refrigerator runs stably and the compressor frosting disappears, tighten the end cover. For models below 15m3, because there is no hot gas bypass valve, if the frost is serious, the take-off pressure of the pressure switch of the condenser fan can be appropriately increased. The specific method is to find the pressure switch, remove the fixing piece of the adjusting nut of the pressure switch, and then rotate it clockwise with a Phillips screwdriver. The whole adjustment also needs to be carried out slowly. Adjust half a circle to see the situation, and then decide whether it is necessary to adjust.
