Dayu Cultural Water Conservancy Scenic Area is located in Yucheng City, Dezhou City, with an area of 1.6 square kilometers, of which the water area is 0.75 square kilometers. The scenic spot is built on the basis of the comprehensive management project of Luoqinghe River. Including "one river and two gardens", it belongs to urban rivers and lakes water conservancy scenic spots.
