Does the fog in the morning mean that it may be sunny?
Fog and clouds are caused by temperature drop. Water on the ground evaporates and flies into the air, and then condenses and accumulates into clouds. If the water vapor is cold at low altitude near the ground, it condenses into small water droplets and accumulates into fog, blocking people's sight. So fog can actually be said to be a cloud near the ground.
There are two kinds of common fog: radiation fog and advection fog. Radiation fog mostly occurs in sunny mornings in winter, and "advection fog" (also called sea fog) mostly occurs in spring and summer. Is the fog formed by water vapor in the air when it is cold?
The fog in Mount Emei forms a peculiar landscape: Kirishima. The clouds around the mountainside are as quiet as practice, as moving as smoke, as light as floc, as wide as the sea and as white as cotton. On the top of the mountain, people look at the clouds under their feet, and the mountains and rivers are filled with rain and fog, as if they were in an ethereal fantasy fairyland.
