How to set up the weather and time in the Warcraft map editor?

Requires 4 triggers:

Trigger 1

Event: (Game - Game time change) Game time becomes 8:00

Condition: (None)

Action: (Environment - Create Weather Effect) Create weather in with the effect of strong wind

Trigger 2

Event: (Game-Game Time Change) Game Time becomes 10:00

Condition: (None)

Action: (Environment-Create Weather Effect) Create Weather In the effect is light rain

Trigger 3

Event: (Game-Game Time Change) The game time becomes 14:00

Condition: (None)

Action: (Environment - Create Weather Effect) Create weather in with the effect of heavy rain

Trigger 3

Condition: (None)

Action: (Environment - Create weather effect) Create weather in < The area you selected>The effect is sunshine
