The coastal highway runs through three cities, four districts and seven counties (cities) along the coast of Hebei Province. It is closely connected to Qinhuangdao Port, Jingtang Port, Caofeidian Port, Tianjin Port, Huanghua Port and a number of tourist attractions, like a golden necklace.
