Does Feng Shui exist?

As for the authenticity of Feng Shui, we must first clarify a concept, that is: what is Feng Shui? When talking about Feng Shui, many people instinctively think of setting up stalls on the street to tell fortunes, so the terms "superstition" and "pseudoscience" also follow. In fact, in my opinion, Feng Shui is a common name for people. A more standard concept should be: "Feng Shui" is the abbreviation of "Feng Shui", which is a kind of knowledge and technology created by ancient Chinese about the relationship between the natural environment and people.

Does Feng Shui really exist? In other words: Does the natural environment really have a good or bad effect on humans? The answer is undoubtedly a resounding yes. Perhaps it would be easier for people to identify with an example to illustrate this issue.

Example 1: In today's Liyuan Town, Wenxi County, Shanxi Province, there is a natural village called Feibai Village. The population of this small village always remains at about a thousand people. But in this village, for more than a thousand years, there have been 59 prime ministers, 60 generals, 17 princesses, and countless other officials of three dynasties and above. What kind of "scientific" principles can we use to give a logical explanation for this phenomenon? However, if traditional Chinese Feng Shui theory is used, a reasonable explanation can be made.

Example 2: There is a view in Feng Shui that wherever there is Wenchang Tower, the literary style must flourish. This conclusion has been proven by countless objective facts. Could it be that the fact that Wenchang Tower helps the development of Wen is all a coincidence? Of course not. It shows that the basic view of the positive or negative effects that nature can have on people in Feng Shui theory is correct.

"Feng Shui" exists objectively. As for the crystallization of wisdom and practical experience of ancient sages, we modern people can choose not to inherit or carry forward it. However, if we choose to ignore its objective existence and its value, it will only prove our crudeness and ignorance.
