Is there a policy for teachers' children to go to school?

Whether teachers' children go to school is restricted by the school district depends on local policies and relevant regulations of the school.

At present, the state has not issued relevant policies. Some schools have preferential policies for teachers' children to go to school, but generally there is no explicit provision. It is an internal regulation formulated by the school to attract talents to work. Many schools have preferential policies for the enrollment of teachers' children, who can go to their parents' schools or affiliated primary schools. However, some cities require teachers' children to enroll in schools according to local enrollment policies, and cancel the preferential policies for teachers' children to enroll in schools.

Preferential policies for enrollment introduced by the state:

Under the same conditions as other candidates, ethnic minority candidates, candidates discharged from active service in the army, disabled people's police candidates, disabled soldiers candidates and children of soldiers who died in the line of duty, children of first-to-fourth-grade disabled soldiers, children of soldiers in special, first-and second-grade island troops determined by border counties (cities), desert areas, remote areas determined by the state and the army, children of people's police who died in the line of duty and children of disabled people's police who died in the line of duty are given priority.
