How to arrange feng shui pipes and wires at the left and right openings of the tunnel

In the completed second lining part, the future cable trough construction is considered. The high-pressure air duct is arranged at the height of 1.5m above the filling surface, and the high-pressure water pipe is arranged above the air duct, and the clear distance between the air duct and the water pipe is 15cm.

The feng shui pipe is reinforced with φ 22 threaded steel bars, with the spacing of φ 22 threaded steel bars of 3m, and the second lining concrete of not less than 20cm. The exposed length shall be subject to 2~3cm beyond the pipe. Steel bars must be implanted horizontally and not tilted. Two rows of steel bars shall be aligned up and down, and the steel bars shall be firmly bound with 8# iron wire and the feng shui pipe.

Feng shui pipes should be painted with red and white warning paint. The interval between red and white paint is 50 cm. After painting, the signs of "high-pressure wind (water) pipe" and "high-pressure danger" are alternately pasted on the feng shui pipe every 5m, and the signs are provided by the project department.

Rubber hoses are used for air and water pipes in the unfinished part of the second lining.

The places where high-pressure gas and water pipes pass through the trolley should be arranged according to the actual situation on site, and the pipeline layout should be straight and tidy. All waterproof trolleys, high-pressure air ducts and water pipes on the tunnel face are also required to be on the wall. The layout position of feng shui pipeline is:

(1) When excavating three steps, the height of the wind tunnel is required to be upward at the arch foot of the middle step1m.

(2) When excavating two steps, it is required that the height of the feng shui pipe at the arch foot of the upper step is upward1m..

(3) During full-face excavation, the height of the wind tunnel is required to be 1m from the bottom of the excavation section.

Φ 22 threaded steel bars are used for high-pressure gas and water pipes, with the spacing of Φ 22 threaded steel bars 1.5m, the initial supporting surface not less than 20cm, and the exposed length 30cm.

Reinforcing bars must be planted horizontally, and shall not be inclined, and all reinforcing bars are located in the same straight line. Place the high-pressure feng shui pipes neatly on the steel bars, and all pipelines must be straight and tidy.
