Does Hong Kong Disneyland welcome cosplay?

In principle, people who don't cos Disney (Disney cartoon characters or Marvel comics, the Caribbean and Star Wars are absolutely not allowed) will not care too much about others as long as you don't show off too much in the park. But if you are a COS character and take photos with passers-by in the park, the security guard will suspect that you have commercial interests, because private operation is not allowed in the park.
