Is the tile knife a controlled tool?

Tile knives are tools for building walls. Shaped like a slicing knife, the knife is connected with the handle and is made of iron. Used for cutting bricks and plastering mortar.

Controlled knives refer to daggers, triangular knives, spring knives (jumping knives) and other similar single-edged, double-edged and triangular sharp knives according to the identification standards of controlled knives. According to Articles 2 to 7 of the Interim Provisions on the Control of Some Cutters issued by the Ministry of Public Security, there are legal procedures to control the wearing scope, production, purchase and sale of cutters.
