Shangri-La will be colder at night. When it is the coldest outside, it may be around minus 15 degrees. When there is sunshine during the day It is still very warm and can reach around 17.18 degrees. The ultraviolet rays are strong. Most inns have electric blankets. I have stayed in an inn before and there was an electric heater in the room. The effect was pretty good.
