Second, temporary traffic management measures for motor vehicles in heavily polluted weather
(1) During the yellow warning period of heavy pollution, the following temporary traffic management measures shall be implemented.
1. From 7: 00 to 20: 00 from Monday to Friday, medium-sized and above diesel trucks and large diesel buses are prohibited from passing in restricted areas.
2. Vehicles transporting construction waste (including muck), coal, sand and gravel (bricks), cement and other materials liable to generate dust are prohibited from passing in restricted areas for 24 hours.
(two) during the orange warning period of heavy pollution, the following temporary traffic management measures shall be implemented
1. From 7: 00 to 22: 00 from Monday to Friday, medium-sized and above diesel trucks and large diesel buses are prohibited from passing in restricted areas.
2. Vehicles transporting construction waste (including muck), coal, sand and gravel (bricks), cement and other materials liable to generate dust are prohibited from passing in restricted areas for 24 hours.
3. From Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 20:00, in the restricted area, the tail numbers of small cars are restricted, and a group of tail numbers of two license plates (including temporary number plates) are rotated (the tail numbers of vehicles are Monday, 1 and 6, Tuesday, 2 and 7, Wednesday, 3 and 8, Thursday, 4 and 9, Friday, respectively, and the tail numbers are alphabetically.
(3) During the red warning period of heavy pollution, the following temporary traffic management measures shall be implemented.
1. Medium-sized and above diesel trucks and large diesel buses are prohibited from passing in restricted areas for 24 hours.
2. Vehicles transporting construction waste (including muck), coal, sand and gravel (bricks), cement and other materials liable to generate dust are prohibited from passing in restricted areas for 24 hours.
3. From Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 20:00, in the restricted area, the tail number of small cars is restricted, and the tail number of single and even license plates (including temporary license plates) is restricted (the license plates with the tail number of 1/3/5/7/9 and the license plates with the tail number of 2/4/6/8/0 rotate every other day, and the natural number is even and even. 4. Implement detour guidance for heavy trucks.
The following motor vehicles are not subject to the above traffic management measures.
(1) Military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles, environmental monitoring and law enforcement vehicles, insurance inspection and rescue vehicles, bank cash trucks, and sanitation operation vehicles.
(2) Buses, taxis (excluding network cars), school buses, special postal vehicles, new energy vehicles, road passenger vehicles and tourist passenger vehicles traveling according to the prescribed routes.
(three) special vehicles for landscaping, road maintenance and medical waste treatment, and funeral vehicles for funeral homes.
(four) agricultural and sideline products transport vehicles can not be restricted by the tail number, but must comply with the provisions of this Municipality on the restriction of freight vehicles.
(5) Vehicles with the words "Special Envoy" and "Team Leader" and vehicles allowed to enter the country temporarily.
(six) gasoline and diesel (gasoline) professional transport vehicles need to enter the restricted area of freight cars to distribute fuel at gas stations, in accordance with the provisions of the original freight vehicles entering the urban area.
(seven) other vehicles that are not restricted by the driving route and direction as stipulated by laws and regulations.
Six, foreign motor vehicles enter the administrative area of Zigong City, and the same restrictions are imposed on local motor vehicles.
Seven, during the period of taking temporary traffic management measures in heavily polluted weather, in addition to the implementation of this notice, other traffic management measures in our city, such as yellow label vehicles and freight vehicles, are still valid.
Eight, motor vehicle drivers should obey the command and management of the traffic police. In violation of the provisions of this circular, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall be punished according to law through on-site or road monitoring.
