Second, in the forty-two years of Qianlong, a coal merchant named Al Hudang 'a dug a kiln in Qilihe, Yizhou, and was also banned.
Since then, there has been a gap of 160 years in Fuxin coalfield, with neither official written records nor any folk rumors.
Until 1 September, 898, Xu Quan and Zhang San jointly invested110,000 yuan to make money, built "Dongsheng Kiln" at the foot of the hill in Xinqiu, dug three inclined shafts, and manually mined shallow coal, which opened the curtain of modern development of Fuxin coalfield. At this time, it was the twenty-fourth year of Guangxu, and the Qing court was in turmoil, and its control ability and royal majesty were gradually declining. Long Mai's ban can't meet people's demand for coal, so some people dare to break it. In the following decades, small kiln mining appeared in Xinqiu, Sunjiawan, Wulonggao, Talamiao, Mijiawopu, Jinjiawozi, Tuanshanzi, Liufuyingzi and other places. Although it was due to capital and resources, it was the trend of output growth after all. By 19 14, the annual output of coal has increased from the early 40,000 tons to15-160,000 tons.
But is money the same as money? Is it powerful?

How did China people with different identities and backgrounds finally become anti-Japanese soldiers and even national heroes by robbers? The Japanese first got their hands on Fuxin coalfield, and the chief culprit was Nanman Railway Co., Ltd., and sent special personnel to secretly inspect Fuxin coalfield many times. Later, the Japanese Okura Group relied on despicable means such as bribing the government and stealing mining rights, which caused many crises in the private coal industry in China. In order to resist the Japanese-Manchu Railway, Zhang Xueliang founded Sunjiawan Coal Mine in 1927, and the private coal industry resumed. After the "September 18th Incident", the northeast fell, and Fuxin coalfield fell into the hands of Japanese puppet troops and was plundered. From 1936 to 1945, the Japanese invaders plundered 25.275 million tons of coal from Fuxin, resulting in a large number of deaths of miners in China, inhuman treatment and cruel squeezing, and at the same time, the coalfield was greatly damaged.
After Japan surrendered, the national government operated in Fuxin coalfield for more than two years, and the output was low. 1947 before the Kuomintang coal company fled, coal mine equipment and materials were swept away, the mine was flooded and Fuxin coalfield was paralyzed.
1938 March 18 After Fuxin was liberated, the people's government took over the mine. On March 22nd, 1948, the government of northern Liaoning approved the establishment of Fuxin Coal Mine Management Committee.
