Hantang Village, Hangang Town, Liangshan County, Jining City, Shandong Province, in the middle of Nanbei Street in the village, there is an ancient well artificially dug in the Ming Dynasty, surrounded by green stone walls. The drilling platform is built with three steps, and the wellhead is protected by steel wire mesh. The clear water at the bottom of the well is clearly visible. There is a wooden antique pavilion above the wellhead, and a wooden square plaque is hung directly above the antique pavilion. The inscription on the plaque was written by a famous person: "Qingquan Qian Qiu".
It is said that this big well was dug in the early Ming Dynasty, and was jointly funded by the Han family in Hantang Village. Belonging to the public welfare well drilling project, in order to facilitate the people to drink water, masons built stone walls and carefully chiseled a large well with a wellhead diameter of 2 meters. The purpose is to let more villagers draw water around the well circle at the same time without queuing, to solve the long-standing drinking water problem of villagers at that time, to serve the people and benefit the society.
If you accumulate excellent talents, there will be Qing Yu. There used to be a small well in the ancestral hall of the Han family, which was specially for the Han family to drink. In the early Ming Dynasty, dynasties changed, the country was just founded, all kinds of businesses were booming, and the economic situation was not good. Other neighbors with different surnames envy the Han family's own drinking well and often queue up to get water from the Han family ancestral hall.
In order to facilitate the neighbors to use water, the Han family discussed it and decided to dig a big well in the middle of the village. The money is shared by the people, and people with other surnames are not allowed to take money. After the completion of this well, for thousands of years, the well water is as sweet as water, and the clear spring lasts for a long time, which has become a beautiful story among the people.

However, in the planning of village reconstruction, it was preserved by people with heart, and at the same time, it also protected the big wells and small wells in the Han ancestral hall. As a living teaching material of moral education and traditional culture education, it exudes enthusiasm for doing good, spanning ancient times and moving towards the future.
Hantang Village belongs to Jining City, with high sky and light clouds, simple folk customs and harmonious and stable society. The villagers' committee and the village party branch committee are located in the center of the village, on the southwest side of the intersection of Nanbei Street and Dongxi Street. There is a village health center in the hospital, near the west side of the village committee, with beautiful green water, green hills and red flowers, numerous restaurants and shops, prosperous business and a steady stream of diners in Shili Baxiang, becoming a model village.
