Which is more fun, Summer Palace or Yuanmingyuan?
People's understanding of this garden of ten thousand gardens can only be known from historical archives. No matter the domestic or overseas records, all languages are pale and powerless in the face of its glory.
Yuanmingyuan, known as the "Garden of Ten Thousand Gardens", is a large royal palace. It is the most outstanding large-scale garden in ancient China, with elegant palace architectural style and graceful Jiangnan flavor.
The Yuanmingyuan, built during the reign of Kangxi, was highly valued by the six emperors of the Qing Dynasty, and gathered the world's greatest architectural skills, rich cultural collections and rare treasures, and was called "a model of ideals and art" by Hugo. Adjacent to the Summer Palace, it consists of Yuanmingyuan, Changchun Garden and Wanchun Garden, also known as Yuanmingyuan. It is one of the famous royal gardens in Qing Dynasty. Because it covers an area of more than 5,200 mu, with more than 50 scenic spots 150 and a building area of160,000 square meters, it is known as the "Garden of Ten Thousand Gardens". The Qing royal family came here to manage affairs in midsummer, so there is the Summer Palace.
In my impression, Yuanmingyuan is an old and dilapidated place. When the building appeared in front of me, it was simply the residence of a hermit in my dream. It seems to have crossed time and space, and it is really an unparalleled sight in the dream.
Time cannot go against the current, and years cannot turn. This historical relic has been telling us the past condensed with blood and tears. Breaking through the heavy fog of history, let us see that it has been brilliant and has never declined, but it is just a kind of China feeling that has never been extinguished.
